Thank you again and again Karen. It has been particularly difficult getting to the end of the second year. I still miss him terribly. I don't think I was ready for your next class and I have had to take a step back and pay attention to some additional trauma therapy to get to where my mind is in the right place. I still step forward, and then take two steps back, I hesitate, I get stuck and I have had to try some medication to try to get on the road to recovery. I am so sorry I couldn't go into your current class. I think I would have been an unwelcomed distraction. I hope you understand. Fondly, Janet Slicer
Thanks again for sharing this. It really helps to hear this when most of us are still having a tough time navigating thru loss. It tough enough losing our loved ones. The problem now is managing all the effects of the secondary loss.
