    Great habit to include as a evening routine. Reflecting on the day and sharing/realizing gratitude would help end the day with a peaceful mind!!, 👍

    Thank you so much as always for this gift of mediration. I had a hard day, my social anxiety came back when i was on meeting with my friend and that made me miserable because i thought i am over it and this is really close person to me. I was afraid i'm gonna cine back to my old life and lost this person. Now i know how stupid it was. I leave today behind, tomorrow i'm gonna meet with my other friend and we r gonna have fun. Social anxiety wont return, and if it will i wont judge myself, just say to it "i accept u and let u go". Its gonna be a miraculous day thank you for healing my mind!!!
