    It's all too easy for me to get caught up in little things. Sometimes I can't see the woods for the trees. This meditation is exactly what I needed this evening. I am alive, in my home, I have friends and family who love me as I love them. I have food and clean water. Thank you for reminding me of what's important

    Today was a challenging day to say the least… this was a heartfelt and emotional meditation for me that really helped lift my spirit while also holding space for me to cry and let go of what I was feeling. Thank you. Your meditations always hit deep for me.

    wow very clever ,just as I didn't want my own life after trauma of bad few days undoing all my good work feel like im being tricked

Don't know how to describe it properly, but I'd want to close my day by boosting my ability to learn/study; appreciate it more...

      That would suggest you are thinking too much about yourself. When you are talking to someone, pay attention, full focus on them, ask them questions and genuinely listen. Don't think about what you're going to say next, that will come naturally, if you are truly listening and paying attention.
