We lived in Ft. Lauderdale for 15 years and my spouse was transferred to Orlando. We rented in Lake Nona for a year but bought in Hunters Creek. Sooooo happy we landed here!!! The unsung hero of Orlando. Love it! 😉👍🏼❤️❤️❤️❤️
We’re moving to Hunters Creek in late January! We cannot wait! We love having a quiet suburb with a short drive having the conveniences of everything Orlando has to offer.
Great video. Really informative and it's nice that you also talk about things like the golf course. Very truthful. And Dillon did a great job also! He's very relaxed on camera
Yes park square homes bought the course knowing that it could only be used as a golf course. They maybe or maybe not ran it into the ground so they can use the land to build on it. They like to build 55 and up duplexes with mix usage restaurants and office space. The main issue is they like to change the course from 18 holes down to 9 holes. But wants the hoa/community to pay to bring the course back to life and gift that portion of land back to HC. It’s a burden not a gift. HC told park square they need to pay for the refurbishment of the course and either they run the course or find someone that will. But HC will not use the community resources so park square can make a profit. Like most golf courses in Florida they typically don’t last it’s unfortunate.
I just closed on my home in the Vistas neighborhood! If only I’d seen this video sooner, I’d have used your team instead of my realtor, who seemed determined to send me off to Clermont or Lake Nona. Hunter's Creek is Orlando's best-kept secret! Sure, those other areas are fine, but this place feels like home. I’m thrilled to move here and swap my boring weekends for Disney adventures. It's like stepping into a vacation that never ends!
2:08 Braddock Oak I raised my kids in that exact community bought in 1999 left 20 years later I still own it’s currently my rental property. While I do love where I live now (Winter garden) Hunter creek will always hold a special place in our family’s heart. ❤ The Hunter Creek Hoa puts on so many events your guest speaker said it well best bang for your buck with many opportunities and the sense of community involvement is unmatched. Brought back so many memories.
We lived in HC from 2005-2015. We had to move to Atlanta for husband’s job. He started a new job that is 100% remote. We want to move back to HC. Loved it!!
Wow Kenny P what an amazing representation of HC. The reasons you mentioned is exactly why I choose HC over LN and HW. The lot sizes with oversized driveways pool and conservation you nailed it. Let me clear two things up 2011 was voted 21st best place to live not 25 years ago. And Pk Square homes owns the course they would like you to build 55 and up duplex’s/ restaurants and change the course from 18 to 9 holes. But wants HC to pay for it. No Ty. HC still is and will continue to be one of the best neighborhoods/towns in Orlando due to the amazing families that call HC home. And you still left out so much lol. But great job. Call Ken he’s the best realtor in town!!! 🎶🎼Orlando magic Orlando magic🎼🎶 God Speed.

As a young kid living in Orlando since the early 90s, there were TV ads promoting Hunter's Creek. Their tag line was "the good life in Orlando and more". However i remember HC as a cut thru between OBT and JYP. Lol
You have Meridian Park and Laurette park. But you get more in HC for the money goes a lot further. And there’s parks for the kids to walk or ride bike too.
