I am from Hollywood, Hallandale is rundown. I don’t know anyone who would pick Hallandale. The crime rate does not make up for the three minute stretch of beach.
@@SummerLove-yv1kf Hollywood is crime rate is bad too, and Hallandale only got one part that’s actually bad like any other major city, but overall it’s the fastest growing city in South Florida right now with all the new construction coming.

The properties near downtown seem out of reach for the average buyer. Is that the case?
It is definitely more affordable the further out you go from downtown. Even 20 minutes out can be much more affordable.
