I’m glad you are safe guys. Thank you for sharing this. I learned something that its very important to keep our calm if ever there’s an emergency situation.
big respect sa captain and the crew kay they made sure safe mga pasahero nila. Ang titibay ng crew kahit in danger rin sila pero they remain composed para di mag panic mga pasahero, and that one part that they even handed over small pockets of plastic for the gadgets to keep it dry just in case. Again salute to the captain and crew, God bless po and sa lahat ng on board sa vessel that time.
I also got traumatized with boats, even big boats. One time from Cebu to Leyte, the waves were massive. We all noticed the water started coming in. I cried because I thought we were gonna die. That was a fastcraft. The captain decided to maneuver and went into the opposite direction. The sea calmed down and it was such a relief. Now, I no longer travel beyond 9am to evening. I always make sure to travel around 5am if there is any schedule just to make sure the sea is calmer. Glad you are safe! I was having panic watching this.
Salute to the crew and captain.
I’ve ridden these boats crossing Surigao city and Dinagat islands several times. I’m really amazed how pilots of these pump boats surf the high waves by throttling the boat’s engines when it is needed to ride the waves - similar to drifting your car in low gear and recover acceleration. However, everyone should learn how to swim just in case.
Imagine how scary this is. I mean even though the worst case scenario didnt come, but the thought that it might come after seeing the side being damage and break is really scary. Plus you can feel that the crews panicking as well. This is such a traumatic experience indeed
Thank you, God for this miracle. I am so happy you are safe. Even though I knew you had to be okay because the video made it, my hands are still shaking. Take care.
Great job by captain and crew . What a quick and calm response by them to alert Coast guard, marine officials and calm down passengers while preparing them to abandon ship if need be.
I'm from surigao city, I have experienced like that and men I never travelled by boat again to any islands around my place. It was scary like I could call all the saints to protect us, and watching this vlog makes me more scared to ride a boat. The ocean you're cruising is very dangerous since is has a big whirlpool, but luckily is not forming there while you are travelling.
It's a relief to find out that all on that boat are safe. Praise God that you made it safely, and I agree that may this be a reminder to boat operators to ensure that their boats are sturdy and good to ferry people between islands even in weathers like this
HALA, kayo pala yung sakay nung time na yun. I'm from dinagat and I'm glad that you're all OK. the docu was a visual diary for all of us who might not ever see what happened. glad you enjoyed Dinagat Islands though. God bless.
safe to say that this boat ride gave you an unforgettable experience too. hehe. the people waiting at the boulevard felt like a hero's welcome of sort. haha. no one deserves to be traumatized like that but hands off to the crew for handling it well. there's really that panomboyon canal where water currents clash that the boat has to pass, i think it's where the boat lost one of its 'wings' .
God was watching over you guys🙏🏽 thank God you guys made it safe hands up to your captain and the rest of the crew you can tell they are prepare just in case something worse happen. It’s also good that you guys have life jacket ready.
Good job to the crew and capt.. i even cried watching it.GOD is good all the time. I miss siargao san isidro where i was born.hope to be there next month..
Is weather, 2.
Actually the wing was perfectly fine when we left. We all witnessed when a huge wave smashed the boat, and it broke in the middle of the ocean. And yes thank God for protection! ❤️🥹
So happy to see you girls arrive you destination. Yes scary feeling when in ruff seas, I too experienced that travelling from cebu to ormoc, lived to tell the story
Thank god you were safe i went to an island near my country named Ile au cerf and there was a big thunderstorm ⛈ with thunder and lightning i was soaked and wet then it was time to go to the hotel the boat was rocking and the waves were massive water entered the boat there was no life jackets no safety things i was so scared that i would die but thankfully the boat did not sink and we safely arrived at the hotel but THEN i went to the same island again i trusted the boat again but then it happened again ever since that i never wanted go on a boat but then today i went to an another island named Ile de au Coco but this time it was sunny and i went snorkelling and nothing happened when we arrived back to the island of Mauritius
Thanks be to God you're all safe. I'm from that place, San Jose. I knew that boat at kahit taga Isla ako, natatakot pa rin talaga ako everytime pupunta ako sa Surigao City. Buti these time, may roro na diyan, fast craft, at lantsa.
Sinalubong niya yung waves para hindi mag out of balance yung boat niyo. May tito also have that kind of boat here in bicol and nasa captain yan kung papalubugin niya yung boat or gagawa siya ng paraan para masave yung mga pasahero niya. But Thank god nakaraos kayong lahat❤️❤️❤️
Glad, you're all okay and fine 😊♥️ I'm from Dinagat Islands (San Jose) narinig Namin Ang nangyari and we are all shocked, luckily walang masamang nangyari sa inyu ♥️♥️
Researching for DIY Dinagat got me to your page. Thank god you are all safe. That particular stretch of water is known for fast currents. Espically when wind is against the tide. God and your Angel's were with you all that day. 🙏
It's an outrigger, the side pontoons are there just to keep the boat balanced, the captain did a great job pointing the damaged side towards incoming waves, preventing the boat from capsizing.
We must be ready at all times when you're travelling at ⛵ sea...know the location of the lifejacket, and exits but most of all keep calm and stay alert...stay safe always and GOD BLESS 🙏
It happened to me also when i was young the boat broke too but we were told stay calm...i always cried when i remember that incidents....youlle really never know what happen ...but always remember god never leave us...always pray we never you go...😇😇🙏🙏🙏🙏be safe always
