I’m glad you are safe guys. Thank you for sharing this. I learned something that its very important to keep our calm if ever there’s an emergency situation.
big respect sa captain and the crew kay they made sure safe mga pasahero nila. Ang titibay ng crew kahit in danger rin sila pero they remain composed para di mag panic mga pasahero, and that one part that they even handed over small pockets of plastic for the gadgets to keep it dry just in case. Again salute to the captain and crew, God bless po and sa lahat ng on board sa vessel that time.
I also got traumatized with boats, even big boats. One time from Cebu to Leyte, the waves were massive. We all noticed the water started coming in. I cried because I thought we were gonna die. That was a fastcraft. The captain decided to maneuver and went into the opposite direction. The sea calmed down and it was such a relief. Now, I no longer travel beyond 9am to evening. I always make sure to travel around 5am if there is any schedule just to make sure the sea is calmer. Glad you are safe! I was having panic watching this.
Salute to the crew and captain.
I’ve ridden these boats crossing Surigao city and Dinagat islands several times. I’m really amazed how pilots of these pump boats surf the high waves by throttling the boat’s engines when it is needed to ride the waves - similar to drifting your car in low gear and recover acceleration. However, everyone should learn how to swim just in case.
Imagine how scary this is. I mean even though the worst case scenario didnt come, but the thought that it might come after seeing the side being damage and break is really scary. Plus you can feel that the crews panicking as well. This is such a traumatic experience indeed
Thank you, God for this miracle. I am so happy you are safe. Even though I knew you had to be okay because the video made it, my hands are still shaking. Take care.
It's a relief to find out that all on that boat are safe. Praise God that you made it safely, and I agree that may this be a reminder to boat operators to ensure that their boats are sturdy and good to ferry people between islands even in weathers like this
Great job by captain and crew . What a quick and calm response by them to alert Coast guard, marine officials and calm down passengers while preparing them to abandon ship if need be.
I'm from surigao city, I have experienced like that and men I never travelled by boat again to any islands around my place. It was scary like I could call all the saints to protect us, and watching this vlog makes me more scared to ride a boat. The ocean you're cruising is very dangerous since is has a big whirlpool, but luckily is not forming there while you are travelling.
Is weather, 2.
Actually the wing was perfectly fine when we left. We all witnessed when a huge wave smashed the boat, and it broke in the middle of the ocean. And yes thank God for protection! ❤️🥹
Thanks be to God you're all safe. I'm from that place, San Jose. I knew that boat at kahit taga Isla ako, natatakot pa rin talaga ako everytime pupunta ako sa Surigao City. Buti these time, may roro na diyan, fast craft, at lantsa.
Glad, you're all okay and fine 😊♥️ I'm from Dinagat Islands (San Jose) narinig Namin Ang nangyari and we are all shocked, luckily walang masamang nangyari sa inyu ♥️♥️
HALA, kayo pala yung sakay nung time na yun. I'm from dinagat and I'm glad that you're all OK. the docu was a visual diary for all of us who might not ever see what happened. glad you enjoyed Dinagat Islands though. God bless.
God was watching over you guys🙏🏽 thank God you guys made it safe hands up to your captain and the rest of the crew you can tell they are prepare just in case something worse happen. It’s also good that you guys have life jacket ready.
safe to say that this boat ride gave you an unforgettable experience too. hehe. the people waiting at the boulevard felt like a hero's welcome of sort. haha. no one deserves to be traumatized like that but hands off to the crew for handling it well. there's really that panomboyon canal where water currents clash that the boat has to pass, i think it's where the boat lost one of its 'wings' .
*That was really great to see and feel the sense of relief when the tidal waves calmed down, that reminded me of my boat trip to Batangas from Puerto Galera but it wasn't that scary and life threatening.*
Good job to the crew and capt.. i even cried watching it.GOD is good all the time. I miss siargao san isidro where i was born.hope to be there next month..

I've had experience worst than these that nearly cost our lives crossing the waters of Bucas Grande to mainland Surigao Sur. Every surigaonon knew that it's risky to cross Surigao waters in the afternoon but still were so stupid to get back on mainland. Learned from experience it could save your life, travel in the early morning when in Surigao waters. Never afternoon.

Thank god y'all are safe just trust the crew and captain, and pray also to God he wont let that happe just pray and trust each other. Good salamat at kalmado lang ang lahat, Im also from dinagat but sa ilang byahe namin thankful ako na d ka ganyan yung alon we're not going if malalaki yung alon. In that day d ako nanood kasi talot din ako but thankful walang nasaktan at lahat naka survive. All people in dinagat the crews in the boats are all buotan kaya trust lang. Thankyouu coz you're safe. God Bless your all trips💗💗💗
Thank god you are all safe. That particular stretch of water is known for fast currents. Espically when wind is against the tide. God and your Angel's were with you all that day. 🙏
When did this happen again? We live in coastal areas and sometimes have to ride boats to other places, and during this season esp near December, we don't travel by boat unless very necessary. And when we do have to travel, we already have waterproof "cases" , aka cellophane, for our phones, wallets, and other important things. Sometimes, before we place our things inside our bags, we put a garbage bag first 😅.
God keeps us safe as always. 😇🙌🙏
I didn't think I would watch the whole video but ended up doing so. Good experience in learning how to stay calm in a situation where it calls for a panic. ana jud mga gwapa cool, calm, collected. We must be ready at all times when you're travelling at ⛵ sea...know the location of the lifejacket, and exits but most of all keep calm and stay alert...stay safe always and GOD BLESS 🙏
Been to dinagat last month also..waves are really big and wind is strong that the coast guard convoyed us to the port..strong winds really occurs late in the afternoon..we sailed out the last trip at 430pm..
Researching for DIY Dinagat got me to your page. And of course I have to see this video 🙈 what scared me about this was the boat crew were giving out plastics and though they're trying to be calm they're on full alert mode already. I've been in big and small boats that faced huge waves as well, but my thought was always look at the boat men---as long as they're smiling, chit chatting while the boat rocks, I can keep my cool and just fight off the nausea. So this was...whew! I would have cried buckets as well. #lightandlove 🌞 you lived to tell the tale and wonders of Dinagat! 🍻
I'm a boat engineer and to notice the foundation of the boat piece wasn't stable enough probably they didn't do a boat maintenance check I'm glad your safe,And yes you should Balence the boat
It happened to me also when i was young the boat broke too but we were told stay calm...i always cried when i remember that incidents....youlle really never know what happen ...but always remember god never leave us...always pray we never you go...😇😇🙏🙏🙏🙏be safe always
Siguro kahit mawala iyon for as long as balanse lamang ang mga nagasakay ma okay pa ghapon and as long as wala tubig nga musuwod mismo sa boat that would cause it to submerged... I experienced something like that when I boarded a ferry boat to cross Matnog, Sorsogon to Allen, Northern Samar and the last one.was on a fast craft from Cebu to Ormoc City.

omg.. I went across this video and I was literally shocked. I’m so glad you’re okay. Don’t worry I would be terrified too
Researching for DIY Dinagat got me to your page. 🍻
Yess a bit scary but im glad we’re all ok 💕🫶🏻 thank you!
I'm a boat engineer and to notice the foundation of the boat piece wasn't stable enough probably they didn't do a boat maintenance check I'm glad your safe,And yes you should Balence the boat
Oh I'm from surigao and I've been there to , I'm glad you guys are safe and was already wearing a lifejacket for safety .
It happened to me also when i was young the boat broke too but we were told stay calm...i always cried when i remember that incidents....youlle really never know what happen ...but always remember god never leave us...always pray we never you go...😇😇🙏🙏🙏🙏be safe always
Very very true! Thanks for sharing ❤️🙏
Waaaah katakot, naiyak din ako. I experienced that before in Malapascua and at that time there was a tropical depression my niece was crying already.
We experienced the waviness going to Malapascua as well!
Keep calm in any emergency situation, need to see, hear and come up with a plan..all these save lives ❤

Thank God y’all are safe. Thanks for sharing ❤
Yes Praise God ✨🙏
Siguro kahit mawala iyon for as long as balanse lamang ang mga nagasakay ma okay pa ghapon and as long as wala tubig nga musuwod mismo sa boat that would cause it to submerged... I experienced something like that when I boarded a ferry boat to cross Matnog, Sorsogon to Allen, Northern Samar and the last one.was on a fast craft from Cebu to Ormoc City.
Glad youre safe! 🙏
I’m so happy you guys are safe and sound😊
