Nigeria is amazing in the sense so many of their roads are in disrepair and yet they still manage to put in speed Bumps
Hahaha... That is because our drivers are very reckless.
Oh my gosh, that was so funny, yet so true!

As the wife of a Nigerian I really appreciate your videos, I wish I would've had this video on my first visit to Nigeria 🇳🇬 I almost died when I had to travel from Lagos to Ondo City because of the James Bond maneuvers this video would've prepared me!
ohhh, yes I understand, it helps a lot to know what t expect and be ready.
I am glad you found the channel! please feel free to share it !
You mean Akure or Ondo town. Nothing like Ondo city. There are usually country roads that are better but risky due to armed robberies, etc.

To bad for you
@@calikalbocalikalbo6082 Not too bad. Nigerians have problems with modern development in all aspects. It is sad that is the truth.
I came home from work. I watched your wonderful UA-cam video.
The highway was very roughy. It’s too many potholes on highways. It’ll damage the tires.
It’s beautiful day in Ibadan. Nobody caught you for payment. See ya next time! ✌️
see you soon Lawrence, thanks a lot for coming around

Ibadan, one one of the Largest City in West Africa Home of Yoruba people,in Nigeria
yes it is ! thanks for commenting bernardo
Good
Thanks

@@Ludo_Liu Yes mi dear friend tankyou very much

At your spare time try to visit Akure in Ondo state. You will like the country road from Ibadan to Akure.. It is my favorite city in the west due to the quietness and quality of air. It is a small city though.. The people are super friendly too.
Thanks for the tips!
Thanks for the videos I’m traveling to Largos soon very helpful
Glad it was helpful! welcome to Lagos !!!!
As always, I think that only a miracle or a good driver can save you from death on such jammed roads. Nevertheless, each time I get more and more fascinated, watching your wonderful videos and feeling like I'm on your Okada , so... thank you Ludo once more!

I've been to many places in Nigeria have stayed in Victoria Island near Ikoyi visited Massage place In federal palace hotel and visited Casinos there....My life was great, I miss it again. The stable food yaam & pepe fry on roads by expert ladies. Also so many of their roads are in disrepair yet bump my car I use to feel like boat sailing in rainy season........
Glad you enjoyed it glad it brought you back to some nice memories.

This bike sounds different from what you ride on Lagos streets 🤔 .
it is the same bike, thanks for watching
you can see the bike on the video where i visited my mechanic
Hi Ludo. The standard infrastructure in Lagos seems to be a 0.5m by 1.2m deep open drain on both sides of a street, with a small amount of water in the bottom. Does this cause a big problem with mosquitos?
the island are build on swamp, it is originally a humid place with mosquitoes. I don t know if these drainage are increasing the problem or not
thanks for watching, sorry i cannot give a answer here
Yes
Yes, they are. Lagos mosquitoes are usually bigger and bite harder than in other parts of the country. The canals contributed to the that by being a mass breeding ground.
The times I saw 3 people on a bike! Wow 🥺
only 3 it is kind of normal, you can see families of 5 or 6 people sometimes
@@Ludo_Liu yeah I figured someone would say something like that eventually lol. either way it's horrifying! 30 on a bike would be next! GUINNESS 😏

It is so nice to see the video travelling so far, and so nice to see you are enjoying it from the other side of the sea !

where are the road signs?⛔🚫🚳⚠⬆↩..............................
that s a good question... there are only few of them
Lol... You will need to ask the government. Hahaha... My ribs hurt so bad for laughing out loud for long over this question. You, sir, are very funny!
It seems to be the S amo S amo streets in bad condition ,and motorcycles that drive to fast_I like open road travel. Are the people walking up cars trying to get rides
yes many people walking are expecting to get a ride at some point. it is very usual for normal commuter with his car to make stops and drive some pedestrian for money to add fuel in the car....
Ludo do a video of Abuja the Nations Capital
i will try as soon as i have time to go there

Good morning my brother, i dont know nothing about nigéria, but, that is a YORUBÁ citi, ibadan?
Yes it is ! thanks a lot for watching and dropping a comment
Isn’t Lagos the largest city in Nigeria?
most populous
Ibadan as been for long the largest city of africa, then west africa.
it still remains the largest of nigeria in terms of land mass
I have a question. What is the reason for the Nissan Micras all being the same two tone colour ?
they are the official taxis of the city of ibadan
Very interesting! Economies of scale I imagine !
Are there municipal managers in Nigeria?
I don t know
Karakalpak shaitan
thanks so much for your comment, please feel free to subscribe
I notice that a lot of tourists go from Lagos to Ibadan as second visit. Is there a reason? Why Ibadan as opposed to other neighboring States?
hello Serge, that s true.
I think there are many reasons :
-first the road is okay to go, and there is also train.
-second the place is secure.
- historically Ibadan is an important city in Nigeria.
- the city is green with some nice spots for tourists: IITA reserve, ZOO, agodi garden and other parks
@@Ludo_Liu Thanks for the reply. You don't sleep sir? It should be 5 a.m in Nigeria.
@@Ludo_Liu their are so many cities in Nigeria that are more develop and greener than Ibandan, Ibandan city is an old city. why not try and visit the south eastern part of nigeria?
@@Ludo_Liu you turned me OFF NIGERIA big time.
@@tuforu4 Okay. You should know what to do in such case.
Why is it soooo dirty, no infrastructure or whatsoever... Love from South Africa

i would think roads are better, but they look really worn out
yes they are in many places, better to be careful
Why is Toyota everywhere?
I am not sure of the answer, i think they are coming from the US, used car from us maybe...

And they said seyi makinde is working? Useless man
I don t know much about politics, but one thing is for sure !
almost every Nigerian i meet here on the road or anywhere else is working really hard.
thanks a lot for watching and dropping your feelings !
Looks like everything is old, from the buildings to cars and trucks... it's like a war zone
But there is no thiefs to snatched your phones or hijacking your bags unlike South Africa
If there's no thief why is Nigeria so dirty... where does the oil money go??
that is true that the life here is so buzzy and noisy but really peaceful at the same time. far from what s usually described about nigeria
hope these video can contribute at least to show how welcoming and friendly is nigerian population
Yes you are right, though it is an ancient city in western part of Nigeria (Yoruba land) . The development of Ibadan stopped immediately Regional government was destroyed in 1966, now must of the money generated in Yoruba land goes to Abuja. That's why Nigeria will go to war if the system is not fixed it is just a matter of time, am sure you must have heard about Yoruba citizens agitating to exit from Nigeria (Yoruba Nation) , well 2023 will determine the fate of Nigeria as a country.
You haven't seen anything yet. I prefer it to your towns close to coal mines.
It looks so dirty. Pot holes 😬
Always South African! It is neater than your Township!
Nigeria should be called "the giant of DIRT".... No road rules are followed, it's chaotic
Why are all these people in a hurry and to go where? A job?.....lol...yeah right.
i guess they are running away from your comments...
@@Ludo_Liu ….They should be running away from that toilet.
