OMG I about died about the resignation letter drafted. I have always known at least one teacher who had a resignation letter ready from the first month of school. One year, the behavior was really bad, and there were five or six teachers all talking about their resignation letters. It was hilarious!

No more snow days where I live since covid times had remote learning a thing... now they go 'it worked so well the first time... we can do this every snow day.'
Been there done that! And Yes, I had my resignation letter ready early too....All these behaviors in the video are SO true!! My school had 3 principals the last year I taught and over 20 teachers leave the school.
