I love your approach, but I would say this video could more efficient if slowed down, Romanian is very syllable heavy and it makes it hard to take in everything at such a speed. Granted, I can just slow the video speed accordingly.
It used to be pronounced and spelled "sînt" but in the nineties, the Academy decreed a return to the older, pre WW2, spelling, so it seems the younger generation started to pronounce it "sunt". Before '90 only some old people used to pronunce sunt. It also, in some measure, depends on the region you grew up.
