    Sounds like an excellent book. Its true, items we possess are often attached to our egos or something in our mind that we dont need necessarily (traumas, fears, pain).

    How to get rid of unnecessary things: take 70 advice. lol talk about minimalism..
    I didn't read such books, but i'm guessing the core is: "tot ce nu te ajuta, te incurca" (everything that doesn't help you, gets in your way).
