- One-way-screw is a special screw that common use for secure doors or windows. It does not have the option to screw out. Once it goes in, that is it. There is a few tricks to get it out, and this is one.

Call me when you reach the outside of your house
Thank you very much, I went to go take them off a house we are remodeling and found out they have special screws UA-cam’s it saw your video. Thank you thank you. Now to Home Depot for more tools.
thank you! was gonna try to cut them off but this is much easier!!
Thanks for the demonstration and help!
You just saved my life! Thank you very much!!!
This saved our butts!! And our screen door!! Thank you!!
Ya'll can't be hating.. The purpose of these 1 ways is so nobody can just take em out and they do a good job.
I say they should make a removal socket but if so theives would buy em and make the 1 way useless. They are made to be a bitch to remove. Thats why theyre 1 way bolts.
To the point and funny!!! Thanks.
Excellent video. Thank you!!!
just got nightmare how to removed them .
if you not god than you must be the helper .
thank you and god bless you .
I appreciate it this helped me a lot.
Thanks I got the jackpot with this.
Brilliant.
You can also weld a steel rod to each one as well then put drill in rod.
THANK YOU SO MUCH, YOU SAVED ME $$$
Excellent vid
Use a pair of pliers to back it off if the screw isn’t tightened down to the head it works every time
What was the name of that tool u used to cut the screw
Dremel or grinder world work also
Good video
You can also use this method and use the little tool that comes with all security doors and put it on a drill or impact. Makes it a breeze.
What is that tool called? 🤔
Doesn’t work
HOw do you keep your bit from slipping? mine wont stay on the screw head. using an impact driver. im using a Ryobi one way screw remover/installer kit.
Hammer, flat heat screwdriver and a control grip will get this job done
Can you explain this to me more?
@@brittanieanne hey yeh check this one ua-cam.com/video/cW2h6DpoiDA/v-deo.html and plenty of patience :)
thank you so much!!!! this helped out alot.
Can also drill screws with carbide drill bit then use easy out,i have done it that way
Hi, what brand is your grinder? and the small grinder head, is that changeable? Thanks.
I used Dremel 300 Rotary Tool. Yes, the cutting disc is removable. Any rotary tools with cutting disc will work fine.
@@TheUmunhum if I use cutoff tool. Is 40 grit blade enough for this.
@@danxcanxcook I don't remember grit size in the video. You can eyed the measurement; make the mark wide enough which can fit a flat-head screwdriver.
Great video, thanks for the help, grab my Dremel & go to work, yeah!!!
Simply Brilliant:)
What is that little thing called please tell me
Can we use those existing holes to install a new door(replace old security door)? Will the new screws be able grab hold? Thanks.
If you did not made much damage to the holes (made it larger when removing the screw) then I think it is ok to rescrew back into the existing holes. You can also use longer or larger screws.
Replace the wood is the best option, but it will cost you time and money.
Or add some skinny wood shims and wood glue and hope that grabs the screw
Seriously great animation and sound wuality
Right on my guy
Awesome!!
Thanks!
Thank you
Thank you 🙏 I I was about to kill (lol) 🤣🤣the door
So now I need to purchase that machine just to remove four one way screws 😒
No need. A hacksaw can do the cut, but it will take longer.
@@TheUmunhum I used the WD-40 spray, a flat head and hammer. Took a bit long at first to loosen the screw but it worked.
Grinders are fairly inexpensive being under $100
Do you know how to fix a sagging door like this that won't close?
If there is an emergency it'd be quicker to just grind the screw heads then you can simply pull the door/frame out.
Was... this a video from 1980 made with windows movie maker for Windows 95? Because it seemed like it.
Sick track junglist massive unite against the parasiteeeeee
Omg thank you 😊
What is the name of the tool you plugged in that makes the drilling sound?
I used Dremel 300 rotary tool to make the cut on screw head.
Dremel hand tool
What is the tool you used called
It’s a dremel and the bit you can ask for when you buy the dremel. I forgot the actual name but you can ask for the one that cuts metal
Mahalo!
👍 👍
So cleaver
Great
Anybody know where i can get some dynamite?
Great video
what if the screw is in the lock deep in ??
Will a hacksaw cut work too?
Hacksaw would work, but it take a bit longer to cut.
Sound effects are are annoying as hell but thank you
How does a one-way screw go in?
cant cut a slot because the screw I want to remove is in a hole (recess). thanks anyway.
What tool is that?
how do you install them, do you need a special tool?
Yes, there is a special tool to install this screws. It usually come with the screws when you purchase at a hardware store. Some stores sell the tool separately. However, you don't need the special tool to install these special screws. A large flat driver can do the job. A special tool can make your job easier.
Get clutch bits from a mobile home parts supplier.
What if it's on a car?
Ok but wheres the name for the tool that you use to cut the screw? That was needed to make this video great. Without it the video makes no sense.
Thank you for your comment. I keep it in mind for future projects.
@@TheUmunhum Appreciate you. I'm glad that I found your answer on which tool it was in the comments at least. I just bought a Dremel 200 version for myself today. 😅
how do you remove a screw if it is recessed as in many small home appliances
I can't imagine how the recessed place look like, but you can be flexible to choose the tools that will do the job. Or move the appliances if possible.
What is the name of the tool you used to cut the line across the screw? I want to order one online.
I used Dremel 300 Rotary Tool.
And I was viewer #420.
That's a grinder
There is actually a bolt for that

You don't know how many people died inside their homes from a fire as a result of these burglar bars.
Guy just quoted me 600.00 dollars to do my front and back doors. Fucking thief.
Someone just gave me an estimate to remove and install my front entry security screen door for 600.00. Thanks for UA-cam, i can do this!
Why the hell do these even exist? I always see them in bathrooms
'"No need for violent measures.'" - OR - "'No need for violence.'' -OR even- "No need to get violent." But NOT- ''No need for violent.'' :o)
Thanks for correcting my mistake.
Thanks for showing criminals how to be better criminals and breach a security door, really appreciate it.☠
What a stupid comment. Lol! Hahahaha!
