The baby sun of the Teletubbies wasn't necessarily creepy for my conscious mind while I watched her on TV, but she had some sort of effect in the subconscious part of my mind, to the point that I used to have dreams with that baby sun, and not necessarily comfortable ones. In my dreams she felt like some sort omnipresent sinister entity that could watch me everywhere I went. Jess Smith (the baby sun actress) looks like a nice girl though.
i mean, goombas could be pretty scary if u saw one irl. just imagine a 4 foot tall mushroom with a face sprinting towards you. sure, they're not that hard to deal with but that scenario could be pretty terrifying
