If the reason the judge makes his decision concerning Harry and his immigration status is to “not embarrass Charles”, the judge is not upholding his constitutional duty that has been entrusted to him. There are multiple scenarios that could be going on with H’s status
1. Lied on the form about drug use
2. Told the truth about using drugs
3. Never filled out any paperwork concerning legal entry into US
4. Immigration paperwork was filled out claiming H is a diplomat
5. H’s passport reflects he is a diplomat
Let’s be clear. Harry is not a diplomat. He is not representing the UK in any official capacity. The other 3 scenarios speak for themselves.

Unfortunately, since Biden entered office, the immigration system is in shambles. The way hundreds of thousands of people are entering this country is not OK with the majority of our fine citizens. I live in Texas and we have seen our border, towns and cities affected negatively from this situation. These people trying to enter our country have been handled as best as the border patrol officials can under the circumstances. Our constitution and laws are being trampled on and most Americans don’t see this as a positive direction. I bring this situation up because so many people (mostly non Americans) say “Why focus on one person, when you do nothing about the thousands that have come in illegally?” Immigration is a serious problem now because people in power choose to look the other way. Harry and Meghan, through their Foundation are already getting involved in our upcoming election focusing on disinformation. When did Americans agree that a foreigner from a royal family can involve himself in our elections? It’s not OK. He’s a member of the Aspen Institute. What other shadow organizations is he affiliated with that fly under the radar?

It’s amazing how the paperwork went missing when everything is digital these days and should have only taken less than 30 minutes (and I’m being generous) to find that paperwork. I believe that the paperwork has been “created” in the time this case first came to light. How Biden’s administration lawyers can say Harry lied in his book about the drugs is beyond me when (a) he admitted it, in fact, he insisted it was HIS truth and (b) in the UK it was common knowledge that he was partaking. We know has told many lies but I am 100% convinced the drug taking admittance in the US is true because if you see some of his interviews his eyes were dilated and glassy and not to mention the constant sniffing which are classic signs of being under the influence.. The super injunction is up in May. It could possibly be extended, perhaps indefinitely, were the Sussexes resident in the UK. But they are not. So I don't feel it's preferential treatment, also, Henry came in during Trump administration, but now it's the Biden administration, we have no context on if Henry had a temp visa, and then later applied for a permanent one, and under what conditions, is he granted one as the spouse of a US citizen? is he granted one as a US businessowner with a certain income? he would not have had one as a diplomat as he is no longer in the pay of the UK government, so perhaps this suit will bring out all of this context.

Everyone mentions the pictures showing Archie's gestation dive to her knees, but there is also a photo taken in NYC when she flew across the ocean to attend her celebrity baby shower. Photographers snapped her picture leaving the hotel that night to party with Marcus Anderson and others and she did not have a baby bump at all. She carried a huge purse in front of her stomach to hide the fact the baby bump was missing.

Archie's birth certificate is in the public domain and was widely published in the media after his birth was registered. So that registration met with UK laws so that document was sufficient to meet the criteria under the Succession to the Crown Act 2013. That legislation doesn't require DNA testing. The laws of registration are strict, as are the laws on surrogacy. If Archie was born by surrogacy then his second birth certificate would reflect the existence of the Parental Order issued by the Family Court making H&M the legal parents. Archie's birth certificate doesn't show any Parental Order. Lady C has confirmed that the Palace received the necessary birth record for Lili.

Just going to add, all judges, anywhere they serve in the US or the UK should be fair and impartial and not be political, following the rule of law. Many judges who were appointed by previous Presidents in the US on either side of the aisle, have still been able to make sound judgements, that's not the case anymore, so I hope for judicial reform in the US with a standard of ethics for all justices that can be enforced.

Thank you for always being a ray of sunshine Lady C - you do brighten our days! I wanted to comment about Harry being 'trapped'. I read it a lot and I can understand why people think that. I was married to a narcissist and had very (very) young children when he started to get extremely abusive - and terrified me. I felt completely trapped. I had a 4 year old and an infant and no family in the United States (I'm British). When his violence turned to my children, I quickly discovered how 'untrapped' I was - there was NO WAY that xxxx was going to do harm to my children so through the police, the court system and a neighbour who was a Bishop in the Lutheran church, they got me away from him. It was an absolute nightmare - something I've never got over (although my children are well into adulthood by now). I have remained single since then and discovered strengths I never knew existed within me - so I'm here to tell anyone who is in a similar situation - you're not trapped - you're scared, you're terrified, but there is help out there. You just need to ask for it. xx to you, the wuppies and anyone who is suffering. You're not alone.

I've long been a skeptic of the "Megnancy" theory. However, a few things struck me while watching this video, Lady C., which have put me in the other camp. One was H's slip when referring to the newborn Archie has having changed quite a bit over the past couple of "weeks"; another was the fact that H & M did not make an appearance outside the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital shortly after the birth but instead waited until a few days (or possibly weeks) afterwards to present the little one to the world at Windsor Castle; and finally, the fact that Archie himself, during that photo shoot, did not have the red, wrinkly look of an infant only two days old, but instead bore more of a resemblance to a two- or three-week old baby. One cannot be sure of the authenticity of the "baby bump" photos, but there is a host of other clues that point to the possibility that a surrogate was involved in not only that first birth, but also in Lilibet Diana's. As you say, that would be one big reason why those two would make arrangements to have their second child born far away from the prying eyes of the Royal Family and the "men in grey suits." One question looms large, though, that I'm not sure you have covered in any of your videos---or if you did, I missed it--how on earth could they pull off such a stunt in the UK? I can't imagine how they managed to handle the complicated logistics that must have been involved in maintaining the facade, including getting people close to them to go along with the whole masquerade. Do you have an explanation, Lady C.?

make a memorial to your pet, remember the good times you had, maybe donate in their name to a shelter, and take a little time before getting a new pet.
