Most only agreed to give full disclosure because the report would never be released. They've suffered enough. I'm sure if people want to speak about their experience, they'd find a way, but the report was intended to be private, releasing it would be an injustice. I'm not saying the Sussexes don't deserve to have every shaking word known by all, I'm saying those who suffered would suffer far worse from the relentless evil the Sussex squad would attack them with. The staff aren't being hard done by, they are having their privacy respected. Things will come out, but the report must never be the source or see the light of day, it would be awful for them.

They must find a way without releasing names even if it is only the conclusion that those ten or more staff were found to be bullied. A clause should be included for the Sussexes not to give out names who they think they might be or any details about them. It just hurts that these people were in pain and left with huge anxiety because of the duo or specifically M!

@@lamorphise It was my understanding that everyone signed NDAs as part of the RF investigation and that the NDA time coverage was over. I could be wrong. However, Megs is using RF money to go after people that cross her. That stops people from getting involved.

Members of the RF have been going to Wimbledon every year for decades. Never happened before or since. I remember at that time the first news reports had Wimbledon staff saying she was a nightmare to deal with but then Wimbledon officials were reported as saying she was delightful. Maybe a request was made of the officials not to say anything negative.
The NDA's should not be enforceable - especially in cases of abuse. Why does the law protect abusers?
They likely are not enforceable with regard to actual illegal acts but “bullying,” being rude, or mean are not illegal.

NDAs should only cover the privacy of the company or family doing the employing on personal and professional matters. Not abuse. The idea of protecting people who bully others makes me angry. How can any organisation make their staff feel valued and safe if bullies are protected by them. The Palace should release the information to show that they didn't tolerate the behaviour.

Seriously-- in the UK and Commonwealth, an employer who permits an atmosphere of bullying, intimidation, harassment or discrimination is legally liable. It is unlawful - and the Palace should be accountable for how they handled this issue. They clearly were informed by staff that this was occurring.

I believe they were stuck between a rock and a hard place. She was making allegations of racism and stating it was a culture clash. You are right that if the employer is aware of the bullying and they allow it to continue then they are jointly liable unless they can show that they did take action to stop it etc.

I was 17 graduated high school got a full-time job and the woman in charge was nastier than I could ever imagine day after day week after week month after month I took her crap and one day. I decided I’d have enough. I confronted her. I lambasted her and I let her know she was bullying me. I then went to her boss and let him know exactly what I did. It was over. This woman never bullied me again.

I was bullied by two colleagues, then victim - blamed. Bullying in the NHS is out of control, and has been for years. HR were absolutely useless, and I thank heaven for my union’s regional officer. I was off sick for 6 months.

I have a very strong feeling that the palace is keeping the results of the bullying investigation until
such time when Parliament makes its move to strip the duo of their titles, in which case it will form
part of the case against Harry and his wife. Effectively this couple is digging their own grave deeper with every move they make. The Palace is wise to withhold action against them until sure time when the evidence is so strong there’s no possibility of King Charles going against it.
