The song is over 110 years old. It is about a guy who has had more than a few run-ins with the law and now has to leave his native state of Kentucky to get away. He does not think he will be able to return. He does not really say what he did but, it was huge. He says goodbye to his woman and says he will meet again on God's Golden Shore.

The movie, "O' Brother, Where are Thou?" is based off of the Odyssey and is a modern rendition of it. Not only was the song a banger, but so was my paper... got an A on it.

I have the soundtrack to O Brother Where Art Thou. Love bluegrass and blues so the track is awesome. I had Angel's Wings played at my dad's funeral. He used 2 sing it beautifully when he was alive. We were country folk and we are proud of it
The version done by Soggy Bottom Boys is the best known cover. And the excellent in it’s own way, just as this version is too. The song is over 100 years old with a lot of cover versions.
You have just been introduced to the best a cappella group out there. These guys are all so talented. They lean towards country but they can do any genre. They all can take the lead depending on whos voice is best for the song. They are known for their tight harmonies. Tim Foust is one of the best bass singers out there & their beatboxer vocal percussionist Adam Rupp can simulate any sound. This song is very old & is done in the bluegrass country style. It was used in the movie "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" starring George Clooney. Some of my favorites are "Take Me Home Country Roads", "In The Blood", "Ring Of Fire", "Blue Ain't Your Color", "How Great Thou Art", "Elvira", "Hillbilly Bone", "American Pie", "Brother In Arms", "One Man Band", "Listen To The Music", "Sea Shanty Medley" etc.
Home Free came out on a national TV series like Idol and America's got Talent. Only it was for A capella groups. They are legit. The song " Man of Constant Sorrow " was a song that was part of a major motion film called " O Brother Where Art Thou ". Staring George Clooney.
We absolutely want more Home Free! Check out "End of the Road" for sure. And "Ring of Fire" and "The Butt's Remix." Whatever you do, save "Mayday" until you have heard at least six of their other songs. Front left (overalls, glasses, and glorious beard): Rob Lundquist, tenor, from Minnesota. Front center (lead on this song): Austin Brown, tenor, from Georgia. Front right (soul-snatching stare): Tm Foust, bass, from Texas. Rear left (vest): Adam Chance - called Chance, baritone, from Alabama. Rear right (suspenders): Adam Rupp, founding member and beatboxer extraordinaire who can also sing, from Minnesota. They are incredibly talented. You really can't go wrong with any song by them.

He can also drop into the bass notes when Tim is singing baritone or tenor. He's very overlooked when it comes to the group and it's a real shame.
React to their version of Boyz II Men - End of the Road, I am sure your parents might have played that back in the day. Older tunes, The O'Jays - Love Train. Their version has their fans (called Home Fries) in the video. Adam Rupp (beatboxer) has a video from 2015 (red shirt) that shows his skills. You cannot go wrong checking them out.
You need to hear their cover of"End of the Road". Epic! Will blow you away!!
Ring of Fire!!!! It's mind blowing guys!! 💯👏🏼👍🏼
This song was in the movie “O Brother Where Art Thou”…good movie! Love your reactions, guys, thanks! To see more of Adam’s beatboxing check out “Butts Medley” a mash up from songs about…butts. Also, “Guilty Pleasures” a part of a tour that shows their talent and sense of humor and excellent. If you keep doing Home Free reactions you’ll gain a ton of subs because Home Fries (What Home Free fans call themselves) follow them passionately.
Yeah. . Finally watching this insanely talented acapella group. They are the best, I've seen them live, it's definitely all acapella. They are also pretty funny guys, check out their Butts Remix.
I have the soundtrack to O Brother Where Art Thou. Love bluegrass and blues so the track is awesome. I had Angel's Wings played at my dad's funeral. He used 2 sing it beautifully when he was alive. We were country folk and we are proud of it
5 hot entertaining men playing eclectic music … I’m in!!!! You guys are awesome!
Y’all need to watch the O.G. Version by the Soggy Bottom Boys!
The version done by Soggy Bottom Boys is the best known cover. And the excellent in it’s own way, just as this version is too. The song is over 100 years old with a lot of cover versions.
What humans can do with their voices is amazing. Y’all keep up the good work at Ooh-La-La!
Makes me want a smooth shot of homemade moonshine. Perfect music.
They had the same reaction I did to the harmonica
Home Free is one of my most favorite acappella groups
This is an awesome rendition of this song!
These guys are one of my new favorite groups, love this stuff.
this song is about the life one lives in southern states back in the days , and all the constant sorrow one has to go thru when living in the hollers
Absolutely my fav song by Home Free!FREE!! Great reaction guys!! Thank yall!!
Blessed with talent right there. Love listening to them.
Adam is amazing and all real. I've seen them live a couple of times and they're amazing!

Home Free is the best Acapella group. They can sing any genre. They are so talented. CK out Ring of Fire featuring Avi Kaplan from PTX❤️❤️.❤️❤️❤️
Straight a cappella for sure! The harmonica supplied by their beat boxer extraordinaire Adam Rupp. In concert he even has a 5-10 min segment doing a solo.
Thank you Boys for showing us this Band for anything that has Gods Name in it means a lot! Yes please show more of this group of young men. Would love to see it. All you young men are showing so many younger people that this world can be a better place if we all just get along. Well done boys, Well done!👏👏👏👏
My husband and I just Saw them in Arizona and they were one of my favorite country bands
The song was originally recorded by Burnett as "Farewell Song" printed in a Richard Burnett songbook, about 1913. An early version was recorded by Emry Arthur in 1928 (Vocalion Vo 5208).
Love your reaction ♥️
