I think Westley started as a consumer/buyer with Anthony. Westley, a well to do consumer, continued to buy and it simply ballooned in volume and Anthony took advantage of it.

I can’t put my finger on why, but the more Wesley talks, the more questions arise.
Two things as an example… Wesley is saying Reddit wasn’t a useful or credible source regarding why not to getting involved with Anthony, because of the BS found on Reddit about Wesley. Problem here is, that what was written about Wes, was after the BS video about the 1 mill dollar video deal. The true stuff about AF was available on Reddit for years. So here Wes is moving the goal post to explain why he didn’t believe the info from Reddit…
This leads to the next question. Wes seems quite adamant that he didn’t work with AF and that Wes wasn’t involved with the video. However 10 weeks ago in a dealer chat, there was made a remark about Wes of loading watches from what Wes referred to as the fake video. When Wes did this, someone asked if Wes was calling AF out. Wes then answered that he wasn’t calling anyone out, and wrote that the video was faked was what others said about the video. Why was Wes 10 weeks ago defending the video and not not calling AF out about it when asked directly?
Wesley came on here, talking about defending he’s character, based on questions and statements from John relating to the actions between Wes and AF. If this is he’s aim, then there need to be more transparency about the relationship between Wes and AF before he got scammed, because it seem somethings are missing from the explanation.
I can add a third questions from a dealer group relating to deals Wesley did with other dealers, that appeared to be fake: Wes purchased (to expensive) a John Mayer on a dealer auction. The watch was by Wes the 4th of June put up for sale for 3k more than he paid, which was clearly way to high of a price. Nevertheless, Wes later wrote the watch was sold, which seemed odd taking the much to high price into consideration. Then, on the 15th of June, Wes put the same watch he just sold, up for sale 5.5k lower. As it seems the post in the dealer groups from the 4th stating the watch was sold, wasn’t true.
All in all, there are things that raises red flags still. And I believe John and Ali-Reza both are right in questioning the TPG / Wes event. To Wes credit, he seems very open to answer question and getting the full story and loose ends sorted. Maybe when he pops on again, this could be among the topics answered.
Let me just state, I don’t believe Wes is affiliated with the AF scam.

Buckley got where he is 100% on his reputation. Class, character and honesty is the only way to make a long haul in any industry. It's better to sell to 100 people forever than 1000 people once.

What exactly was Wesley's explanation for the LLC in South Carolina? I didn't understand what he was saying.
He was saying three things - 1) At that point he was not going to take money from Anthony on counsel/accountant recommendation. So Wesley sent the invoice himself because it was still his watch, in his hand, that Anthony was proxy selling - to make money to pay back Wesley. 2) The LLC that received the money was a long-standing LLC that was used for non-core business stuff and other investments. This is normal, this part I understood. 3) This happened right after they decided they weren't going to get their money back? This part confused me, the order of operations. That's what I understood thought. Cheers!

Tuscanyrose talks way too much (what a narcissist!) and he doesn't fully understand what he's talking about. As a lawyer, it's comical for me to hear someone say that Anthony, or anyone else, is "judgment proof." Just because someone can't pay you back in a lawsuit doesn't mean they're judgment proof. Not all lawsuits are business decisions. Even if you can't recover your money in a civil lawsuit, you can still find good reasons to sue someone like Anthony. You can punish him now and in his future. Wesley will almost certainly get a default judgment and it'll sit on Anthony's credit report for a very long time. If Anthony ever gets back on his feet and/or tries to get credit for a car or house, (or for anything!) Wesley's (and other consignor's) judgment will stop him. No one or institution wants to lend money to a guy who has multiple judgments against him. Another good reason to sue Anthony is that his potential future victims will see Wesley's/others' judgments on a background check. That'll make potential victims less likely to get in business with Anthony. I've sued several former business partners who had no way of paying me back. If you have the resources, you can sue a scumbag purely as a matter of principle. I hope Anthony goes to prison and, when he gets out, he's not only a 3-strike felon but he has dozens of judgments against him. That'll make him virtually unemployable. PLEASE don't have Tuscanyrose on your channel again...he took over the entire show and got way off the subject.
How exactly is John a narcissist?? And when he mentions AF being “judgement proof,” he is obviously referring to the fact that irrespective of any other consequence that he may ultimately face, if he has no assets to seize for the purpose of restitution, the victims are SOL. Steps 4 & 5 force self examination and steps 8 & 9 force accountability. If physics was psychiatry Einstein probably would have chased his tail for Newton proving the Earth is flat. And if 12 step recovery treated compulsivity ”recovery” wouldn’t fix jonesing by knocking the rough edges and sharp corners off of antisocial and narcissistically disordered personalities. It’s a lie to oneself that blames the substance and “genetics“🙄 (gotta be especially brilliant a dozen years -and counting- after the sequencing of the genome to mischaracterize behavioral heritability that way) in order to ignore (and often even idealize) an abusive childhood.

Buckley is right. If you are a businessman and run a "successful" business and get caught up in this, it shows poor judgement. Not to throw them under the bus they are victims but I think they got a little blinded by the fact a guy could get them any watch they wanted and many watch buyers love to kiss ass to their AD or Grey Market watch seller in hopes to get good in with them to get perks when buying unique pieces. People need to wise up and use their common sense and intuition.
