- Update 4/12/2022: As far as I know this still works, but I just want to throw a word of caution out there that the more time passes and the older this video gets the more likely this won't be compatible with future firmware updates from Arcade 1up. I don't want to be held responsible for people bricking their machines so please, at the very least, have some sense of what you're doing before jumping into this mod.

Today we're modding the Arcade1Up Virtual Pinball machine to have every table that Arcade1Up offers, that includes Attack From Mars, Marvel, and Star Wars. It's simple and easy. Post any questions in the comments and I'll respond as soon as I can.
Just bought the Star Wars cabinet 12/2023 - -- went through all the steps, all you can do is enable the launcher.
When attempting to write the table packs I get a SSH connection failed message, then powershell tries to write the image, closes, etc.
Powering on the cabinet brings up the launcher with the original Star Wars pack, and a test pack. Won't accept the new table packs.
I'll have to keep this tutorial video in mind you made it very simple and easy to understand. You did it step by step a simpleton could have understood your very precise directions. Thank you so much I will soon have the third and final pinball to add to my collection and I think I'm going to do this to all of my pinballs. So thank you so much for all your help
No problem. It's easy to do but keep in mind that things may have changed since I uploaded this video so make sure you do a little research just to make sure that the steps here still apply.

Thank you so much, I can’t wait to do it!!!! By any chance, can I add other pinball games to the attack from mars table? Like Indiana jones or other Star Wars pinball tables?
As far as I know, the only ones you can add without completely wiping it and the features it has are the other tables that Arcade 1up has put out. I have seen videos of people adding their own tables to it, but then the features like haptic feedback are gone.
If you already have the stock Williams machine do you still need to load those or can you skip that step?
soooo arcade1up pinball is literally the android / google playstore zen apps ..... blown up on a larger screen....... for the price its def not worth it
In my opinion, if you like this sort of thing, for the price it definitely IS worth it.
It just depends on what you want. When I was a teenager I spent tons of time playing Attack From Mars in arcades and I'm obsessed with the game, so having that in a decent actual pinball machine along with tons of other games after doing this mod is totally worth it to me. You just gotta like pinball. But if you do, I think the asking price for this whole unit is pretty reasonable.
Awesome tutorial. Just got my dad the Williams machine for his birthday. Today is July 10, 2022. Is this mod still applicable? Also does this perform a firmware update?

When I try to run baller as a admin the admin option does not come up. What do I do.
Are the Williams tables the newer firmware that allow white water table playable?

I don't know, if you can run the software I assume it probably should but again.. I don't know.
I'm going to add an addendum into the description because I just don't know, and I also don't know how this will work with future firmware updates and the older this video gets the more likely it might actually do damage to people machines. I don't want people bricking their pinball cabinets by following these instructions so I'm gonna update the info.

I saw that some had a problem with running powershell outside of admin (it ran only for fraction of second) If this is the case, you are likelyu getting the error "ps1 cannot be loaded because running script is disabled on this system" may need this fix: ua-cam.com/video/iDHKih88yOE/v-deo.html
How do you get the other games? I only have attack from mats ones. Arcade1up took them away

Any chance you could do a video on adding the zen tables that you can buy from your android device.
I know what you're referring to, there's also the Pinball Arcade for PC that has an amazing amount of games on it and I think it's essentially the same games and it's very good.
Unless the process has changed, I think essentially what people are doing is wiping the Arcade1Up games from their machines and just installing the Pinball Arcade game on it instead. That eliminates some of the cool features of the machine though like tilt sensor and haptic feedback. Since I already have all of those games on my PC I'm not going to go through that process and do that with my pinball machine but I believe it runs on Android so I doubt it's really that difficult to do.

Thanks for the video I followed every step closely but it did not work. Now I have just a Williams menu on my Attack from Mars along with a test screen. For some reason my baller icon did not have ps1 next to it and also when applying Option 1 I get a lot of red writing and then it closes. Same with option 3,4 and 5.
Did you ever figure this out?

Same thing for me. I thought maybe I installed the driver incorrectly. Spent a few hours on it and came up empty. Let me know if you figured it out.
Is that still possible to do? I have the marvel one. I’m afraid to mass up with the existing games.
I don't know. You might want to do some google research to see if this is still relevant.

Can this be undone? Like, if I screw it up, can I do the regular firmware update from A1up to fix it?
That's a good question. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do a factory reset-- if you can flash this I don't see why you couldn't flash the original rom but I can't tell you for sure.

I would say don't update your firmware for the best chance of this working. Again as I said in the video description, I think the more Arcade 1Up updates the firmware the less likely this mod is to work.

Hi and thank you for the awesome video it worked for me but I have a quick question. Do you know anywhere I can download the new version 1.1 I have the original firmware but I would like to run jaws and aliens on my cab. Any help would be greatly appreciated
I actually DON'T know but I would love to run those too lol. I'd have to look into it when I can get around to it.

Honestly unless you have the exact same setup as me I can't guarantee that anything will work properly so like I said, proceed with caution.
