Gaster tricked Papyrus into destroying his kindness, so he can posses him, so you can say ACT 2 and ACT 3 you're not actually fighting Papyrus. And about getting the kindness soul, it's just for having the power, the souls are not affecting character's personality.

Guys. if you look closely in the revenge battle phase 1 you'll see gaster in the back who cant be seen. Im only saying this to tell you a secret.
If you didn't know, it's not Papyrus we are fighting in ACT 2. It's actually Gaster who took control over Papyrus. And yes, Gaster is visible behind Papyrus as a symbol of his possesion.
Hey! Recently I met A.U Revenge, it really shocked me with its beautiful and original atmosphere and I really liked it very much.
I really can't stand the thought that the game has been canceled ... The RebootLegacy version does not have the same magic as the original so I will miss it very much...
I wanted so much to experience the full version of the original Revenge because in my opinion it was better than any other version of the papyrus genocide, or even oddly enough, my favorite A.U. with its original atmosphere characterized by great horror and anxiety, showing the suffering of a papyrus who is controlled by Gaster, which causes the audience a sense of intrigue and euphoria.
I really regret it
that fangame has been canceled. Reboot! Legacy unfortunately does not reflect the power of the original ...
I don't know if he can ever see it, but Thank You, Samuel Wolfang. For creating this short but beautiful alternative undertale story, which after 3 years of having Disbelief in the first place for me, Revenge became my favorite, even better than Disbelief ^^.

This isn't about Chara anymore.. This is about erasing the world yourself!
Nothing was about Chara, Chara is not even a cause of the Genocide Run, the player is responsible for everything. Chara was dead the whole time, only when Frisk reaches LV 20 she's being awakened from the dead. The reason Frisk wants to erase themself is so Chara won't be able to take their soul to continue the game. When Frisk's soul is being destroyed, she's being erased from the timeline, allowing them to make their own, perfect Pacifist timeline.

You know how In Disbelief Pap has Blasters that have Orange Eyes and Look different?
Those are His own. Created by His own Power
Sans and Revenge Pap use Gaster Blasters as in "Using Gaster Powers"

What does flowey have to do with this tho because when you seemingly kill Papyrus it skips over to flowey with your soul and you have to destroy it that confuses me
well after Papyrus died, Frisk decides that they don't want to give Chara their soul ever again, they don't want her to take their power, so Frisk decides to destroy their soul so nobody can take it, however Flowey interrupts you, trying to stop you from doing that so he can take the soul for himself, but of course he fails.

Revenge doesn't have chapters? It has ACT's? And Revenge has only 4 ACT's which in ACT 3 has 2 phases, it does not have 7 ACT's.

I don’t get what happened at Act 4. I thought Papyrus gave you a last chance.
ACT 4 is not overall canon, but I gave it here so people won't have any problems lol. ACT 4 was a "what if Gaster failed to take over Papyrus' body" for ACT 3 pretty much.
So we go from Striking the frmon down to disbeef phase 5 and now DNA from mirrored inversion.

It came out AFTER Revenge and even back then I considered it a sort of unoriginal ripoff. Still don't get why it became a phenomenon in the community. Is it because of the soundtrack? I don't know.

In act 3 if you change speed to 1.5x you can hear gaster’s voice, if you tell me in replies you can still hear gaster’s voice in normal speed, (1x) its not true. Its actually voice of gaster and papyrus mixed because papyrus fights gaster inside the gaster’s soul.

FL = Flame
It gives you a second healthbar, doubling your HP, but you can die faster since your defense is lowered.

Hey guys, someone can explain me this... are REVENGE and DISBELIEF the same au but different timelines? i mean... in the old version of DISBELIEF sans blocked the atack of chara to papyrus, same as revenge, but now it is that sans encounters the human on snowdin, and DIESBELIEF appears at the end of REVENGE, so i wanted to know if they are the same
REVENGE and Disbelief are completely different timelines. HOWEVER, REVENGE started as a Disbelief take, back when FlamesAtGames didn't own it. Now it's its own thing and isn't a take on anything. And uh, Disbelief starts with Sans takes Papyrus' place in the Snowdin encounter and there's a Sans fight instead of the talk with Papyrus. Then we have the classic Disbelief. REVENGE starts with Sans sacrificing himself by letting Frisk to kill him instead of Papyrus. In Disbelief, Papyrus still wants to give you another chance and he learns hoe to fight. In REVENGE, we aren't even fighting with Papyrus most of the time. ACT 1 is how Papyrus gets possesed by Gaster and in ACT's 2 and 3 it's Gaster we're fighting who possesed Papyrus' body. In ACT 4 we have Papyrus who came back to normal, but still wants to fight you.
