Hey Michael, this is a tough one because of how old the car is and because pontiac went out of business. What I can say is it really depends on what your goal is for this car. Do you plan on keeping it forever? Because this is the g6 and it's front wheel drive I don't think it's worth it to build it into a race car or anything. For the price you would pay for a used engine, parts and labor for the install I personally think it would be better to part ways with the car and purchase something better.

Blakers Roundy It will depend on which flowmaster and which set up you want to go with. You can buy the single inlet to single outlet or single to dual. But in order to put the muffler onto the car your going to need to take your car to an exhaust shop so they can cut and weld on the new flowmaster exhaust.
So if I remember correctly you got a Flowmaster 44 series with 2.5inlet (I need a 2.25) with a 3outlet muffler and you deleted the resonator, if I'm missing anything could you let me know id really like to have the same muffler system and also if you don't mind how much did this all cost with the shop welding included. Thanks

To be honest I got rid of this car mainly for that reason. It was nice stock but it never had real power. In order to really get power out of this car it would take way more money than the car is worth. Turbos/Superchargers are way to expensive and all has to be custom. Not much aftermarket support for this car. But if your willing to invest money and make something different do lots of research. Personally just do a nice exhaust and lower it. Then save your money and get something better later on.
Kitchen and Cars This sounds like something I'll end up doing. 0-60 in 9 seconds with the 4-speed (a fucking 4-speed in 2009, seriously?) is getting old, but it always was a commuter car at heart, so w/e. I'm probably going to get a new air intake and exhaust to make it sound nicer and leave it at that. Do you have any recommendations of a replacement? I was thinking an Acura TL Type S.
just go on amazon and get an aftermarket exhaust. the one in the video was the 44 series flowmaster. If you go to www.flowmastermufflers.com/?page_id=10995 you can see which exhaust will work for you. Some are going to be extremely loud so make sure you check out the chart.
I just wrap a piece of news paper around the caliper, slide it under a little, and give them a spritz of rustoleum every 3 months or so. Takes 1 hour, and I can grease things up while I'm in there. No one has ever been able to tell. I think I may go with sparkly red next month.

OK Seriously? An exhaust DRIVE-BY means on the throttle! OR if your car is nasty, letting OFF the throttle...a 20mph Roll by is just sad... pretty sure the van was going faster. also, edit out the 2 min of needless footage. Takes like 3 min to do... Try again

im not sure. I think part of the reason why it sounded nice in this video is because this was a cold start. Once the car warmed up it sounded a little quieter. I dont have the car anymore so i cant tell you exactly what else i might of done.
This really sounds terrible.... loud, with no substance to it. You really would have been better off with a high flow resonator and duel turbo-mufflers

i lowered it using springs and i sold the car so i never got around to the intake.
