It turned out amazing! I love the Haunted Mansion ride and I love how you got all the holiday feels. My fav part is the pumpkin Hill.

When I said there is no Sally except for the small card, I meant in my drawing. I know there's a Sally animatronic in the ride. I showed a clip of the animatronic at 2:15. Sorry for the confusing wording!
Edit: I also said the first pumpkin hill is a projection when it's actually the same physical model twice, but the first time you see it, there is a screen between you and the hill with snowflakes being projected onto it.

layered paper art always reminds me of kasey golden, i'm actually in love with that style
Love it! A hint from card-makers, when you cut out a picture that its outlined, color the side of the paper the same color as the outline. So like on the hill that was cut out, run your black marker along the side of the cut out image.
My all time favorite Disney World Ride is Splash Mountain, and my favorite ride at Disney Land is The Avatar Ride!! I Love the Disney Parks!

This looks so neat! I especially like how Oogie turned out. My favorite Disney ride is Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. It's just... so surreal, haha. I'll be so sad when they eventually replace it, I feel like his days are numbered. I don't even know if I could do this challenge with Mr. Toad, I think it would ruin the unexpected moments that make the ride so great.
Great work! I haven't thought about using foam in paper art but that makes so much more sense then stacking paper (lol). Nice idea using the inspiration that you saw at Disney for this :)

Favorite ride? Tough call, Pirates of the Caribbean, Hauntes Mansion, Indiana Jones, Space Mountain, and Splash Mountain are all so good it's hard to choose. I also like that Toy Story game one, but if I do that again I have to bring my 3D to 2D conversion glasses as I cannot see in 3D whatsoever and it was rather disorienting last time.

I’m a Disney world attendee but haunted mansion has always been my favorite. I love the effects and just how much character that ride has. Super jealous because I’ve never been to Disneyland and I haven’t seen haunted mansion holiday I wisssssssshhhhhhh but maybe one day. Love this piece of art I’d hang it proudly in my house 🥰😍

Baylee, in one of your convention blogs you were struggling with the best way to travel to cons with extra badge art for you to make while sitting at your booth.
I was at a con last weekend with my jewellery sitting next to a badge artist. She circle cuts most of her badge art before going to the con, then stores them in little baggies held together with oversized book rings. The baggies stop them from curling up after being cut and she sorts them alphabetically by “name”. She has over 120 designs so has lots of book rings. She also brings sheets to circle cut and as she cuts them she puts them into the baggies. As she does 120 designs in three different sizes, plus magnets and mirrors, she can find any design and quickly make up any design in any badge, mirror or magnet as requested by the customer.
I meant to take a photo, but forgot.
Just a thought.
That still involves bringing all the button parts, which is the same weight/space. Also, my table is too busy for me to make items on the spot.

Haunted mansion. The first time I went on that ride it was haunted mansion holiday. I went back a good eight years later and experience it and now it’s my new obsession just because of how beautiful it all it is.
Wow, maybe you could do a little video on how to draw those snowflakes and how to shade snow? I love snowflakes and yours look gorgeous! I usually use a toothbrush, but I love the details!

I absolutely love this!! I'm in such a nightmare before Christmas mood since I just received the Jack and Sally 25th anniversary dolls in the mail last week and also seeing your Sora cosplay (super cool btw) since I've been binging your videos all weekend, it's just such a cool piece. And I LOVE that you did this 3D-like! I do almost exclusively papercrafts and it was really cool to see you do something similar with copics! I also agree with what you said about the gluing and layering being the best part, it's always so nice to see it all come together!! Your illustration skills are always so impressive!
Thanks! I was so on the fence about those dolls! They're so nice! I didn't end up getting them, but I'm kind of regretting it, haha.
@@BayleeJae I think they are still available if you change your mind! I felt like I might if I didn't so I just went for it, haha. I'm not usually an out of the box type of doll person, but they def look better out of box on display.
I haven't been to Disneyland in years but I always loved going on the Indiana Jones Ride at Disneyland then Tower of Terror at California Adventure. It's been a long time so I haven't seen the Guardians of the Galaxy ride yet. I also loved the Soarin' over California Ride, don't know if it's still there.
