James Brown was a real genius and a great pioneer in the music industry. His music has contributed alot to the success of other artists. He will remain as a great legend and be remembered for all generations.
this was his last appearance a month before his death on Christmas morning and I have that whole appearance and performance of I feel good on DVD something I treasure for the rest of my life
Its a very interesting performance. More so because it's his last appearance. But the whole time he kept his shades on which wasn't usual but also pretty damn cool . Especially as they never fell off in the performance. He was doing so much dancing when he did I feel Good, He did the song with other players not just his band and was super energetic. Plus he did a really hard move to do where he spreads his legs and slides them together. Haven't seen him do that in years.

I love that he mentions Ms. Patti LaBelle. Who also sang that night.
