Chicken Wings with Curry Honey Glaze

These tray baked sticky chicken wings are perfect for family dinners or bbq parties.
Recipe
1 kg/2lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 cup soy sauce
Combine honey, curry powder and soy sauce and marinate with chicken for 1 hour. BBQ wings until cooked through or bake in an oven at 180c/350f for 25-30 minutes basting frequently during cooking process. Leave to rest for several minutes and serve.

i've actually never thought of combining honey and curry - makes so much sense! do you think wings are the best vehicle for the sauce or would any other type of chicken, maybe thighs, be good too? :)

Definitely not bought or bots, Nicko is an OG of UA-cam, he was one of the first big cooking channels I can remember. Most of his subs were gained in the early 2010's, but he was super popular a long time before "buying subs" or bots even existed
