@@vishall8246 Maybe, but you have to consider a bunch of other factors. In Kingdom Come, Joker just gassed and killed Lois and his friends at the Daily Planet. He's depressed that he couldn't save them, but it's not enough to break him. In Injustice, Lois was pregnant with his kid, and Joker didn't just kill Lois, he made Superman snuff her and the kid's lives out with his own hands, as well as the entirety of Metropolis. That shit is way above and beyond levels of extreme, kingdom come lois's death doesn't even compare.
I would just like for him to have another Superman movie, as a side project separate from the main DC continuity, where he actually gets to fight Lex Luthor, instead of just getting his ass kicked by him, and his henchmen.
And the worst part is, it really overstayed its welcome. And the fact that it was in the same video where Critic was complaining that some scenes dragged on unnecessarily made it all the more cringy. Just my opinion.
What I find truly tragic is that Brandon Routh was a pretty good casting for Clark Kent/Superman. It's a shame there wasn't a good story behind him. So basically the 80's Supergirl movie doesn't exist either. I mean...if the Routh Superman had found Argo City and was covering it up that he has a Super cousin it would have explained his absence quite nicely.
You know, that idea of him finding Argo City felt like a big wasted opportunity to me at first, because you are right about it being a good explanation. But then I remembered that would make the Supergirl movie canon... The price to pay was too big, wasn't it?
you know there's an even worse comic book movie starring Routh as the main character? luckily or not it isn't paricularly easy to remember but unfortunately for me i saw it, and reaaded the comics too... Dylan dog death of night is like dragon ball evolution but this time almost nobody has ever watched dragon ball to begin with, rather than just the movie director
Not only that, I felt like it was a great example of ramming a point home too much. I was like Ok we get it, the Superman X ray scenes are creepy, we get the point. And the worst part is, that joke/gag came right after Critic complaining about scenes in this movie dragging for too long. Oh the irony....or hypocrisy haha
@Esa Välilä Maybe ;) But i still dont think the joke was integrated very well 😂😂 It sort of reminds me of Critic's mental breakdown/rant in the beginning of his review for Scooby Doo back in 2012 *shudder*
I can't agree with that. Spacey's Lex feels kind of neutered to me. It's like after every first take in this movie, Singer took Spacey aside and said "Kevin, I think you should maybe tone it back a bit." There are good moments for sure, but Spacey's Luthor has the same problem as Gene Hackman's: the director got the perfect guy for the job and didn't let him do his thing. At least Zack Snyder let Jesse Eisenberg go apeshit and make his Luthor memorable and unique as opposed to just being a comedic foil for Superman.
@@benwasserman8223 I've seen Cryer's Lex Luthor. And that's a case of an interesting performance being brought down by a mediocre show. The direction writing and editing make his performance father pedestrian. You almost have to take your time in writing Lex Luthor and deciding what you want to do with the character. He's definitely allowed more leeway than Spacey or Hackman, but it's still a little too safe for my tastes.
@@blakeadamson1576 Idk everyone who's loved the show thinks Cryer is fantastic. And he gets the manipulative chess master persona in a way only Clancy Brown's version understands.
I think the script and pacing was the worst. It made the movie hurt my brain while moving at a slug's pace. Although the film has nice visuals and humor sometimes... That I can't take away from it!
@@NaturallyMe2011 I think it was good for what they had to work with. We know Tom wasn’t going to get in the suit and thus not fight. The fact he was willing to come back at all is wonderful and does pay homage to Smallville. I would rather get something then nothing at all.
Here's how the movie should've started: Superman is at his peak. He's loved by everyone, Lex is in prison, he's married to Lois and has a son. Whilst he's out flying, then comes the announcement that Krypton survivors may have been spotted. He's filled with emotion and doesn't think what he's hearing through. He instantly leaves. We get a shot of Lex laughing when he finds out Superman left then boom, title card. This creates the idea to the audience that Luthor has been planning this whole thing. When he returns to Earth, he's hated by everyone. Lex is out, has become loved by the city. Where there once was a statue of Superman, there exists now one of Lex. Lex is now trying to manipulate Superman's son to join his side. Make it personal. Put the blame on Superman. Male him feel responsible. Actually kill off Lois to hammer it home. That superman leaving screwed everyone over. Also, you can include that his mother died during those 5 years he was away. Really get to him.
That's actually not a bad movie idea. Though it might be more interesting if Superman confronted Lex, who smugly reveals that he didn't do anything; people felt betrayed by Superman leaving and lost hope in him ever returning. Essentially, there's no-one to blame for the city turning against Superman. Clark made a mistake and is paying for it. Lex just took advantage of the situation.
Things I actually do like: * Lois' husband is actually heroic and likeable. He's not just a plotpoint to be overcome by Superman. *Which leads me to the next part of Superman and Lois not getting back together. Shows that not all relationships are that uncomplicated. *Floating in space, hearing the whole planet. Great shot
One of the best casting decisions in this was Brandon Routh as he looks more like his comic book counterpart than what Henry Cavill does. The sad thing is they didn't really give him much dialogue when he was Superman. One of the better things about the 1978 motion picture was the conversations between the man of steel and Lois. Particularly the interview in her apartment. There was nothing like that in Superman Returns.
Oddly enough, the first time I saw this was on a date with a girl who had never known any Superman lore whatsoever. So I guess some people did come into this needing that opening text. Side note: she’s now the biggest Superman nerd I know, so this movie did its job right on some level.
Cool to know. From needing the opening text to biggest Superman nerd. That's quite a change. Loved the comment as Superman happens to be my favorite character. I wonder what her opinion is about this movie. Most people don't like it. I fell asleep when i watched the first time. But i like it now. It could have been much better.
I think it's great that the Rebirth Superman comics actually bothered to explore Superman as a father to his son. They're really heartfelt and surprisingly (and ironically) down to earth
Then Michael Bendis came, didn't want to write a married Superman with a son, so he separated Clark and Lois and aged up Jonathan Kent to young adulthood, made him a MLM person, and thus ended ruining the entire family dynamic.

Well kids are the target audience and they really would not know (and there is always new audiences anyway, expecially in other countries) so I don’t know why people are suprised this needs to be explained again.
Granted it's been a long time since I've seen the movie, but I just love how Clark and Superman disappear at the same time and return at the same time and no one mentions it. Plus when Superman is in his coma, no one's asking where Clark is. Hell at least Dawn of Justice said Clark died in the attacks after SM was killed.
Wow, I don't know what to say to you. I mean, do you expect these people to notice that, when they were fooled by his masterful disguise of "Clark Kent" ?

Actually in crisis on infinite earths even though his part was short he did a pretty good job at being kingdom come superman and he even fought another version of him .
"There's nothing 'super' about this film." I take objection to that! The flying effects are PHENOMENALLY done. I absolutely believe that this Superman is completely unaffected by gravity. The way he holds his body, his featherlight take-offs and landings, the smooth fluidity of the motions....come on, if that's not the one thing that deserves some appreciation, what is??
I remember the end of that movie TED and Patrick Stewart narrated the epilogue with, "Sam Jones is now living in a studio apartment with fellow actor Brandon Routh. Remember Brendan Routh? He starred in that god awful SUPERMAN movie! I mean, Jesus Christ, talking about getting your hopes up and then taking a shit on all of us!" 😂

@@johnjsal when critic and Tamara are trying to get Malcolm to go away, they repeat the lines where Johnny and Lisa are trying to get Denny out of their bedroom
Not to defend this movie, but Superman also doesn't punch anyone in the original 1978 film. I don't even think that there was an action sequence until the last act other than the helicopter scene.
I mean, if Superman punches anyone outside of a high endurance villain that person is pink mist. And Superman has a thing about savagely killing people.
@9752matt That's just it though: Superman believes everyone is capable of doing good, which is why he doesn't kill. Doing so would deprive everyone, even the villains, of the ability to choose whether or not to do good.
Unlike 1978 film, this movie doesn't have well rounded characters, a good chemistry between leads, colors, emotion. So it desperately needs some punching to distract us from boredom.
If you're reffering to Brandon, he would eventually be casted as Ray Palmer in Arrow and return to being Superman in Crisis If you're reffering to Tom Welling, he would be casted as Cain in Lucifer and also come back as Superman

Leaving his children defenseless if another super villain shows up and he can't protect them. Hears the multiverse is collapsing and will destroy all sentient life, laughs at it, then goes to see what his rugrats painted on the wall. Yep, he came back alright. As Selfishman. Now, get this, heres how it should've went down. Tom Wellings Supes hears about the multiverse collapsing, asks if there's anyone else on it and is told that there's a whole group of people. He tells them that he must protect his own home as there's some disaster going on and he has to stay there to deal with it. Let's say Darkseid is back and has taken over the world, he can't just leave that because of the multiverse, if he does people will definitely die whereas if he lets the other heroes handle it, they could very well succeed while him staying behind could make sure no one else suffers while he's out saving the rest of them. He says he cannot help because of this and everyone understands, we can still do the Lex Luthor part but just say maybe he built up a tolerance to Kryptonite after being on earth for so long and being exposed to Kryptonite over and over, Lex has to run back to Charlie and live in his lakehouse afterwards. THERE, character saved. But instead we got what we got because Tom Welling was tired of everyone asking him to be Superman again and he just wanted to be done with it. Plus it was a neat little paycheck. Face it, Tom Welling hated the role, hated us and wanted to be free of it.
6:43. Actually, in Superman 3, it was mentioned that Clark's mother died. In Superman 4, he was selling (though not actually sold) the farm. And if the two did take place then Lois' condition would've been noticeable. Then again, in Superman 2, the control panel was destroyed, and in Superman: The Movie, Krypton was dust, destroyed by Rao when it too was destroyed (Unless you take into consideration the time it'd take for the light to reach Earth thereby giving the impression it was intact despite the fact that it was destroyed thousands of years ago)... Actually, continuity be damned!
What's even stranger is that when we revisit this reality in Crisis on Infinite Earths, it's made pretty clear that they're following up from Returns (same actor, same theme music, the kid is mentioned by name, etc.).... yet they briefly reference Superman III as having happened. ("Not the first time I've fought myself.") Somehow. Granted, it's delivered as a one-off joke, but still adding to the tradition of screwy continuity.
That's good. He also sees you when he closes his... Yeah, at first he was just gonna keep his eyes open and staring at us all the time like all other creeps, but we're talking about the guy who figured out how to use the three sea shells. Of course he was gonna go one step beyond.
Two thoughts. 1) you skipped over what could be the best line (in a bad scene). When he and Lois are flying and he talks about how he can hear everyone begging for help 2) One of my biggest pet peeves about this movie is that Lois described kryptonite as "irradiated pieces of his home world" and then Lex makes a continent of kryptonite. So, is his real estate scheme to sell homes on chernobyl island?
Especially stupid since comic fans know that kryptonite affects humans too and actually killed Luthor once from radiation poisoning... so even if he doesn't know it in THIS continuity... it's still a stupid idea from the fans point of view...
@@phantom1592 yeah, only brought up the Lois line because I mentioned kryptonite being radioactive to someone once (I've dwelled on this a lot) and he was like well it's a different universe so maybe the rules are different. I was like, no! She mentioned it earlier in the movie
@@tyrant-den884 Not to mention if you reduce the world population by a few billion then extra living space isn't going to be so desirable anymore (heck there are vast spaces of uninhabited land already, partly because it's not suitable for human habitation, much as a giant hunk of rock doesn't make for ideal beachfront property).
@@tyrant-den884 Lex Luthor ' s scheme was beyond stupid here, hardly worthy of the greatest criminal mind of our time. I mean, aside from the absurdity of the giant mass of crystalline radioactive rock, Lex stupidly launches his scheme without saving his yacht. I mean, he needs transportation. Duh. Also, his helicopter certainly doesn't have enough fuel to get to the mainland. Also, how is he going to claim this rock, and how is he going to communicate to the outside world? Why was he so eager to set up shop with only suitcases of money to live on? Why d8d he not keep the remaining crystals on his own person rather than giving them to his moll? This Lex Luthor was an idiot.
This was the first movie I ever saw in the movie theater when I was a kid. As a kid, I loved Superman! Watched the old cartoons, had the action figures, read some of the comics, etc. When I was 5 years old, I went to the movie theater for the first time with my dad and we saw Superman Returns on the big screen. I was so blown away by that movie, loved it so much. I re-watched it before I watched this video and I think it’s still pretty good in my opinion all these years later.
12:18 - Lois say's that Superman is 125 pounds!!! I never noticed this before (likely due to how boring the movie is) but I had to do a triple take to make sure I heard it correctly. I'm sure they meant 225lbs but I can't unhear it now and it's really screwing with my head, lol.
The #1 thing I remember from this film was when me and my parents went to see it in theaters and Superman was using his X-Ray vision on Lois's house and my dad just goes, "Superman, the Super Stalker" That's my main memory of this film.
“16 minutes” I’m also pretty sure we’re nearly an hour into the Donner film before Superman saves the helicopter. The difference isn’t how great the action scene is. The Donner film actually told interesting stories leading up to that. The destruction of Krypton, Clark losing his Earth father to something not even his powers could prevent, Clark’s first day in Metropolis and dealing with city life. The Donner film for the most part is a masterclass in keeping your audience engaged. This movie fails because almost every idea it brings up is executed in a hollow fashion. If Lois had completely given up on Superman under Donner’s direction and Mankiewicz’s writing, it would take more than saying sorry and saving her to make her change her mind. If they had a kid together, that would’ve been explored. Returns tried too hard to imitate the style of those films without realizing what was important.
its kinda funny how donner he made first the movie about the individual that will doom humanity in the omen, and then he made the move about the individual that wll save it with superman.
My big problem with Superman Returns is that it tries so hard to replicate the feel of the Donner-era Superman movies too much even down to quoting lines (the whole "I hope this experience hasn't put you off flying" line for example) from the older movies. Like the Critic said, it's heart was in the right place, but I think that the film should have had the magic of the Donner films combined with the action and emotional complexity of modern comic book movies. Say what you want about Man of Steel (I think it's underrated), but at least it tried to do something different with Superman (and he actually throws a punch, unlike this movie).
It's not that it's 16 minutes into the movie - it's that the scene itself is 16 minutes long, from cause to end of the rescue. The helicopter scene in contrast is under 5.
Then The recent multiverse event happens and Brandon Routh is finally humanized AND gives a huge cheesy late 80's smile at the camera to make up for all of it.
Kryptonite immunity could make sense if thought of in terms of genetics. "Just like both parents must pass on a sickle cell anemia gene in order for the disease to be fully present, both parents must be Kryptonian in order to produce a kryptonite-sensitive offspring. Or, perhaps sensitivity becomes a trait after puberty. Still, check that kid for radiation injuries." I guess the asthma could be written to make sense as well: an improbable mutation or a weird/unexpected result of combining human (Lois) with a Kryptonian who was shot through space and shot with all kinds of who-knows-what's during battles. But exploring those ideas would have taken away screen time from the nameless characters forgotten right after they aren't on camera. WHY LEARN MORE ABOUT THE HALF-ALIEN KID OF THE MAIN CHARACTER?
@@Ol_Lochy No, but as the Critic said, he did interact with the people in the original movie, he had a great chemistry with Lois, Lois was funny and Christopher Reeves gave an upbeat, charismatic performance. It's as if Brian Singer asked Kate and Brandon to act the whole film as a pair of marble statues, but even more bland.
"Why did we need to know she wears pearls?" Yeah, whose movie is this? Batman's? (Though they do both have moms named Martha) "Nuclear Man was stupid, but at least it was new." Doomsday (killing machine created by Lex Luthor using Kryptonian DNA mixed with his own which absorbed the power of a nuke) approves this message. "Remember that Superman reboot where they killed his son as well as Lois?" Injustice Joker's laughing in the corner right now. Well, at least Routh's Superman was great in Crisis on Infinite Earths.
Parker Posey being in this film annoys me because she could have been the perfect Lois Lane in this film opposite Brandon Routh’s Clark Kent, she has the looks of Lois and has the perfect personality and she just has a personality in general heck James Marsden being in this film annoys me as he could have been a great Superman however I am so glad Routh got the role except I’m annoyed he didn’t get to do more as he is perfect casting Superman’s son in this film should have been a clone made by Lex Luthor after having visited the Fortress of Solitude
Even the video game of Superman Returns had a better plot; the graphics by EA were terrible, but at least Superman got to go up against villains like Mongul, Bizarro, Riot, Mxyzptlk, a giant Metallo. Why not make Metallo a villain in this Donnorverse Superman movie? Or Mongul? If Superman's gonna lift something big out of Earth's atmosphere, at least make it the War World! There is so much potential, but Singer just rehashed the '78 plot.
@@joshpart3319 I think it was because he had a continent-sized chunk of rock in between, wasn't it? Or maybe I'm thinking something was mentioned, but maybe not. Maybe it is a big plot hole. I do recall the Kryptonite poking through, and seeing Superman really struggling with that, like the protection gained from the giant slab in between breaking up.
@@joshpart3319 it's meant to be a metaphor of how if we all reach down in and find the best parts of ourselves and try our best we can accomplish things that we didn't know we could.
I mean, you know what people would be saying if that were actually a thing? "Oh god DC is ripping off Spider-Man by using a love interest of the protagonist to be a different version of Superman (or Supergirl in this case)" Because y'know Gwen Stacy from a parallel universe is Spider-Man and she's pretty popular these days. So it feels like people would just jump straight into that logic from the get go.

So glad he got a briefly better story in CW's Crisis in Infinite Earths.
To bad the Smallville guy didn't.
You know, that idea of him finding Argo City felt like a big wasted opportunity to me at first, because you are right about it being a good explanation. But then I remembered that would make the Supergirl movie canon...

I’ll say this, Kevin Spacey was a better Lex than Jesse Eisenberg.
I can't agree with that. Spacey's Lex feels kind of neutered to me. It's like after every first take in this movie, Singer took Spacey aside and said "Kevin, I think you should maybe tone it back a bit."
There are good moments for sure, but Spacey's Luthor has the same problem as Gene Hackman's: the director got the perfect guy for the job and didn't let him do his thing. At least Zack Snyder let Jesse Eisenberg go apeshit and make his Luthor memorable and unique as opposed to just being a comedic foil for Superman.
StarKiller 56 And yet somehow both pale in comparison to Jon Cryer on Supergirl. I am not kidding there.
@@benwasserman8223 I've seen Cryer's Lex Luthor. And that's a case of an interesting performance being brought down by a mediocre show.
Jordthe destro1 yeah or maybe have Brainiac download his mind in superman’s son’s body
SR Striker that’s a great idea I would have preferred Brainiac
Difference3 Maker well you should see the Cancelled superman returns sequel
That's actually not a bad movie idea. Though it might be more interesting if Superman confronted Lex, who smugly reveals that he didn't do anything; people felt betrayed by Superman leaving and lost hope in him ever returning. Essentially, there's no-one to blame for the city turning against Superman. Clark made a mistake and is paying for it. Lex just took advantage of the situation.
I get funding for that
If the commercial Malcolm blinked, it would have been even more super creepy.
Things I actually do like:
* Lois' husband is actually heroic and likeable. He's not just a plotpoint to be overcome by Superman.
*Which leads me to the next part of Superman and Lois not getting back together. Shows that not all relationships are that uncomplicated.

The "I am not able to can" of movies
The story is really not good. I like Brandon Routh as Superman, but he wasn't given anything much to do as a character for either Superman or Clark.
That's why he said "it's 2006." Pay attention.
But we at least see him stop criminals in the 1978 movie
Unlike 1978 film, this movie doesn't have well rounded characters, a good chemistry between leads, colors, emotion. So it desperately needs some punching to distract us from boredom.
The biggest tragedy of this is the best possible Superman actor never getting a role again
Henry Cavill? I think he may be back.

@@Kazeromaru I watch the show and that was so in character. Clark was selfish in that show, he never want to be a savior.
Two thoughts.
1) you skipped over what could be the best line (in a bad scene). When he and Lois are flying and he talks about how he can hear everyone begging for help
2) One of my biggest pet peeves about this movie is that Lois described kryptonite as "irradiated pieces of his home world" and then Lex makes a continent of kryptonite.
Forget it being irradiated, look at that desolate hunk of black rock, who would willingly live on that?
@@phantom1592 yeah, only brought up the Lois line because I mentioned kryptonite being radioactive to someone once (I've dwelled on this a lot) and he was like well it's a different universe so maybe the rules are different. I was like, no! She mentioned it earlier in the movie

Dom Taylor I personally do think Man of Steel is at least better than Returns by a long shot
@@domtaylor1887 It kind of does have the "complexity" of modern comic movies from the time it comes from.
The kid should’ve been effected by the kryptonite near his face. Being half human and aliens be damned.
Also why does he have asthma?
Suggestion is his powers haven't kicked in yet, hence why Kryptonite doesnt do much if anything yet.
@Cat Egorical You probably fell asleep watching it, they did warn you! :P
Because consistency and logic are for hacks, apparently.
@Cat Egorical I think hes just talks/references it SO much that it seems like hes reviewed it already
Maury: "In the case Lois's son, Superman, you ARE the father!"
Superman: *flies into space*
While the Cameraman has Jetpacks and following Superman.
🤣🤣🤣🤣👍
"Kevin Spacey is a good ma-"
*_WROOOONG!!!_*

I didn't even realize that superman doesn't even throw a punch in this that's insane
Superman Returns: the movie where Superman doesn't fight anyone and is a deadbeat dad
sounds like a hit
@Eric Sledge Shit game for a shit movie
Dude he didn’t fight anyone in the original movie
@@Ol_Lochy No, but as the Critic said, he did interact with the people in the original movie, he had a great chemistry with Lois, Lois was funny and Christopher Reeves gave an upbeat, charismatic performance. It's as if Brian Singer asked Kate and Brandon to act the whole film as a pair of marble statues, but even more bland.
Deadbeat dad and creepier stalker
"Why did we need to know she wears pearls?" Yeah, whose movie is this? Batman's? (Though they do both have moms named Martha)
"Nuclear Man was stupid, but at least it was new." Doomsday (killing machine created by Lex Luthor using Kryptonian DNA mixed with his own which absorbed the power of a nuke) approves this message.
"Remember that Superman reboot where they killed his son as well as Lois?" Injustice Joker's laughing in the corner right now.
Well, at least Routh's Superman was great in Crisis on Infinite Earths.
Yeah they should have made that no legged man from Batman v Superman into Metallo
I’m surprised they didn’t introduce James Marsden like in Spider-Man 2:
Perry White: “My son, the pilot who loves horror films”.
Parker Posey being in this film annoys me because she could have been the perfect Lois Lane in this film opposite Brandon Routh’s Clark Kent, she has the looks of Lois and has the perfect personality and she just has a personality in general
heck James Marsden being in this film annoys me as he could have been a great Superman however I am so glad Routh got the role except I’m annoyed he didn’t get to do more as he is perfect casting
Superman’s son in this film should have been a clone made by Lex Luthor after having visited the Fortress of Solitude
I was _soo_ thinking how Marsden should've been Superman. He has the looks, goodness and dedication to saving people.
@@rogue7723 Maybe Singer was worried Marsden's would sing to Lois.
🎵😄I've been dreaming of a true love's kiss!🎵
"Why do I still feel like I'm being watched?"
-Some guy in a UA-cam video.
This is what heroes do.....
To be fair he isn’t being watched when he does the recording. He’s only watched after he uploads the video onto UA-cam.
@@bigevil1001 fair point
Hey, at least this Superman had a normal upper lip.
Also, I couldn't stop laughing when Malcolm was stuck on screen.
And i love how Doug Walker in the Hello Fresh ad is reacting to the Malcom on the Screen
The ending shot is pretty cool since the “giant rock” he’s lifting is made out of kryptonite
Yeah, it totally makes you overlook that minutes ago he could barely stand on it because of that but now he's strong enough to lift it to outer space
@@joshpart3319 Shonen Jump logic.
@Thread Bomb I would watch that anime.
@@joshpart3319 it's meant to be a metaphor of how if we all reach down in and find the best parts of ourselves and try our best we can accomplish things that we didn't know we could.
NC: was Lois lane super girl and we never knew it?
Me: let me just write that down in case I get a job at dc
Surprise incest would unfortunately be an improvement on DC's recent Superman stories.
I mean, you know what people would be saying if that were actually a thing?
"Oh god DC is ripping off Spider-Man by using a love interest of the protagonist to be a different version of Superman (or Supergirl in this case)"
Because y'know Gwen Stacy from a parallel universe is Spider-Man and she's pretty popular these days. So it feels like people would just jump straight into that logic from the get go.
This is genuinely the first time the sponsor advert midway through the video has made me laugh more than anything in the actual review.
I was legit freaked when Malcom stayed on screen even as the channel was changing.
Was half-expecting him to speak up during the tie-in ad.
The Malcolm staring bit has to be in every review even if in the background and not drawn to for a split second. Like he's always watching.
I could see luthor imagining the models scream at his evil. If they emphasized he was imagining it, it would work better
“Remember that Superman reboot where they killed his son and Lois.” Yes we do , it was called injustice.
Funny thing, in the sequel they were going to kill him. And in the Crisis On Infinite Earths crossover, they explained they all died.
Not a sequel, just a twist story. One day people will figure that out, lol.
"Is it a bird, is it a plane?"
No it's a sequel nobody wanted!
or asked for
"squeal" ?
You spell nobody wrong

"Metropolis, Houston, and Gothim are sending reports"
One of these things is not like the others.
“Houston” had an “o” as the second to last letter while the other two have an “i.”
Houston's a real place while Gotham and Metropolis aren't.
Gotham is spelled incorrectly and it's not a typo just poor spelling?
@@KaiKrimson56 No, Houston was made up for Apollo 13. The other two are real.
Definitely Metropolis. It's actually a small town in Southern Illinois, not a big city.
