I just want to say, I truly enjoy the quality and creativity of your content. You guys make beautiful videos to share with the world. As a creator, I truly understand that the shots you guys take to form your B roll is not easy. I appreciate the attention to detail and how you tell the story with video. Thank you very much for transporting me to your experience. I feel like I’m with you. Safe travels.
Ditto, the honesty n sincerity in each step they deliver has no equal. A channel that illustrates freedom and love n we cannot get enough 😊. Like, daily steps would be the koolest jkjk. My fav are the repairs n silks n theeeee background MUSIC. Def still want to braid your ooosome curls Kika, I hope that does not offend. If so, I wont mention it again oki. Yes, y’all handled the chaos in that anchorage in step 331 like a boss. So long to Dan’s bestie Maya, hope you come back asap. Be well all muah ❤ #fairwinds
Dan is a GEM! He thinks of everything and is willing to go that extra mile to please his loved ones. He brought everything to make coffee on their hike! Whaaattt!?!?! ❤️
I don't usually comment on your videos, but this one just had that something extra! I can't put my finger on what it was but it made me want to get out and do something. Beautiful water, beach, ladies, and life!
0:08 Seeing Maya in the mainsail - STILL, made me laugh out loud! Dan, "Yeah, um, we do have context, and it's a gorgeous place!" Great episode, glad you guys took us all along :)
What an amazing place. I kept seeing wild olive, pistachio and fig trees along your hike up the limestone canyon, reminiscent of my winter hiking in western Turkey in 2006. I love cave exploring too.
This episode is the best you have made, "world class", thankyou for showing all the beautiful places with such perfection. I am sad to hear Maya is leaving, she is one amazing young lady, probably Maya has more important things to do. Seeing Maya cook now I understand why Dan's catering skills are so developed.
Ah, I just want to say when Mia goes home, we will miss her too, as I am sure you two will also miss her. She is a cool friend that you have! No wonder you have stayed friends for so long!
What an EPIC hike. Thank you for taking us along. Your filming makes us feel like we are right there with you. You are so creative in the editing, and you keep the interest, with your humor and joy for life.
I am glad you guys put down the cameras for your hike out of the gorge to really enjoy the moment together. I think a lot of people are so enthralled in tech today they don't just pause and take a moment for themselves to really enjoy or experience a moment. Love the content. :) Thank you
When I sailed to Mallorca (back in the mid 80-ties!) from Spain, our first anchorage was Playa Cala Tuent, just west of Sa Calobra. Was initially beautiful, but after the beachgoers left at sunset, the nearby restaurant dumped its sewer holding tank in the bay. We had just started eating and next thing we did was lift the anchor to head out to the open sea, as we couldn't stand the smell. Earlier in the day we did some diving, and I was already wondering that underwater there was hardly any life form. Looks like the environment has improved, back then many weren't so conscience about the environment.
What a fun canyon. Rock formations are trippy. Having the water maker for showers really expands horizons. Not sure which of you will be sadder to see Miya depart. Thanks for the vicarious adventure!
I know I’ve said it on here before But Thank you for sharing a small part of your lives with us. This is the only way in life that I’ll ever get to see some of these beautiful places.
I did the 'Torrente de Parais' canyon hike over two days from the top to the beach in 1970, we were picked up by a boat at the beach.Thank you for a nostalgic visit!
Amazing Video about Sa Calobra, I know Mallorca very well, have lived there for 25 years. You caught a very hot summer but I guess living on the water makes it much more enjoyable. I wonder where you go next. Maya is sweet!
I don't think I ever was in or have heard of such a wonderful Naturally Sculpted work of Art and I just turned 70.. Arizona has some water created wonders but yours is like an Adventurers ever delivering new other worldly experience at every turn of the canyon. A lost world you three like Admunsen and crew explored to the end and made it back to tell us the story. Thank you very much. The English south pole attempter Perry didn't plan well for his "party" having only food for four and taking on a fifth man at the last minute. They starved and froze on way back having in their personal humiliation seen the Pole had already been reached by the Norwegian team.. Very sad. OH and Perry's 5 might have succeeded quite well if they had Dan along with his brilliant coffee break provisions... AB so luetly!! 😊
Even though Miya has to leave, she'll have these memories for a lifetime! This was by far one of the most beautiful places a human can go. You are all so lucky! Thanks for taking us along!
Hello Kitty Dan and Maya, it was a special place you were at. Enjoyed your frolicking around and love that underwater dipping. Sorry to see Maya go, she is pretty and outgoing. Those Stone structure were neat. I appreciate the time an effort it takes to do these videos. Well thanks for taking us along with this episode and see you next time, bon voyage.
hey guys, I noticed something at the very beginning of today's clip. At 0:17 we can see the stbd side of Uma and I can see two areas, in the topsides, that look not fair, slightly concave. They seem to coincide with the chainplates. I hope the shrouds are not pulling on your hull skin.
Canyon? And what a beautiful canyon it was! This is one of those times when I really would have liked to have been there. Not just because it's 2 degrees C where I am.
I am subscribed to a few cruising channels and much of the scenery I have felt I have seen before and although beautiful it is familiar. This video took me into an awesome matrix reality I have never experienced before and it touched me deeply. Thank you.
What a great adventure !!!! A geologist would have a fun day in that dry river bed. What a cool place to take a coffee break. Thanks for taking me along. I enjoyed the "Walk about". Thanks and God Bless.
Such a beautiful Anchorage... I don't think I'd want to leave either... Enjoyed your exploration of the canyon... And I'm going to miss Maya, she's been a great addition to Uma... It won't be the same without her..
Thank you for this beautiful spotlight of Mallorca. It’s such a beautiful island and so much more than drunken people on the beaches and partylife. I’ve never been there because of the touristy side of the famous road there. But from the water it’s completely different perspective. Great!
Epic adventure and absolutely epic camera and editing work. You guys really set the standard high. Thank you for the time and effort you put into these videos. Hate to see Mia go.
That hike is also on my list. Perhaps next year when it get's warm again, but not too warm and there is no rain ... those torrents can get really really dangerous and I think that people have died in that canyon in the past. ;-) Great drone shots.
We lived in Mallorca for a bit and it has some of the best hiking ♥ We used to go hiking for a few days and camped in tents and hammocks. Only issue on multi-day hikes is... carrying enough water 😬 Mallorca is best Apr-May and Oct-Nov when the weather is still really nice and less touristy.
Stunning episode, what a place and great filming. Pixels on a shot taken so far away made me giggle, if only my eyesight were that good anyway lol. Andy UK
Outstanding! Great video of beautiful scenery with you three enjoying leisure time. When you enjoy what you do, it makes the work part of life much easier.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽❤️
Great to be young and full o' energy. I would have flown the drone and watched you all from a shady spot on the beach. Okay, okay, I'm boring but then again I'm an old fartasaurus and I'll leave all the climbing etc. to you folks. Great video as usual with some excellent editing for your 'fade the tan lines' day. Looks like an excellent place without the crowds. BRAVO!!
You guys are invited to the Bahamas if you are ever "in the neighborhood". We hosted Expedition Evans for a few days and enjoyed the new Maverick movie at the Nassau Imax several months back. If Maya isn't done with adventures after she leaves you guys, round trip tickets at no charge, no strings, she is awesome!
The amount of work to make those professional pics is impressive and the end result doesn't show. That's how professional you are. This is an excellent video; quite entertaining with great lights colours and editing. Congrats ! PS To all who happen to read this comment : this is not the first time viewers noticed these video qualities : you should subscribe.
i wanna say alot , but that was 100% brilliant . so beautiful , peaceful ..aaahh just 100%...so nice ...thanks guys ....just one more thing , no ticket person just swim up there and the whole place is yours ...wow.
I remember going metal detecting on this farm with the club. The farmland was rolling hills. Of course I lost my bearings as you tend to be looking down all the time while detecting and walking. When I looked up there was no one to be seen. I started to walk back from one field to the next. Only to find I was walking further away. What a horrible feeling being lost. It was only that I saw a person two fields away that I realise I was going in the wrong direction.
Beeeaaauutifullll It is "Spelunking" for caves...I think you did a lot of rock climbing which I think could be more dangerous. This had to be such a great experience!
Slot canyon hiking is magical,. I remember hiking one in northern Nevada several years ago. We had to cut the hike short because we had an older dog with us. The trail was becoming too technical for a the dog.
I met an English guy who worked several years in Majorca in the adventure industry. He actually wrote a book about white water rafting on the island! Having previously ridden around quite a bit I was flabbergasted to learn there was such surface and subterranean water
I loved the video edits through the canyon. Would be cool to see it again with water flowing through. Stay safe out there thanks for sharing your experiences with us. God has truly created a beautiful world for us to explore.
It when you see people like you upon the paddleboard up against the empty sky and sea or up against the huge cliffs you remember how tiny we humans really are up agsint the world. We are barely more than a grain of sand against that, but most seems to forget that most of the time.

indeed.

What an EPIC hike. Thank you for taking us along. Your filming makes us feel like we are right there with you. You are so creative in the editing, and you keep the interest, with your humor and joy for life.

Probably one of your best episodes this year! What a fun vibe you guys bring to your videos. Always looking forward to the next one.
Boy that canyon in flood would be amazing to see (from above). Truly amazing camera work. Gorgeous part of the world.
I’ve watched countless vacation videos of Mallorca but never been up that fabulous canyon before. Thank you!

La calobra, certainement un des plus beaux mouillage de méditerranée
La rando est superbe
Que de superbes souvenirs
Merci pour ces très belles images

Yes, but it should be mentioned - every other year they have to rescue people out there if rain / thunderstorm comes.
By far...one of your best episodes! So beautiful as well as peaceful , Thank you for helping me to escape dwelling at home. You guys rock!

Yup. They've been there for 8 yrs though.
Beautiful rock scene in that Canyon sleeping in that mainsail looked nice. So glad you are having a gorgeous time!
I fully agree that this place is pretty special. Great vid’s! You guys are all amazing!
It’s really enjoyable visiting these spectacular places while sitting in the A/C with a cool drink while you do all the work.
What an absolutely awesome hike! And filmed spectacularly. Congrats and thank you.

Yeah, most channels seem to only focus on the water side of the anchorage. But it's the land side that's usually much more interesting.
What a great adventure !!!! A geologist would have a fun day in that dry river bed. What a cool place to take a coffee break. Thanks for taking me along. I enjoyed the "Walk about". Thanks and God Bless.
Wow! I wish I had the words. Brilliant, magical, spectacular just don’t cut it. Thank you for bring me to this corner of the world.
Such a beautiful Anchorage... I don't think I'd want to leave either... Enjoyed your exploration of the canyon... And I'm going to miss Maya, she's been a great addition to Uma... It won't be the same without her..
So nice to see good friends old & new just enjoying their lives together.
Scenery is stunning, and the videography is magnificent.
Gotta say I love your guys attitudes and personalities and always enjoy your videos.
My wife and I went up the gorge 20 years ago, It was a life time experience, and am sure we will remember it for at livetime. Love your channel.

Breathtaking views! It's good to see you in warmer weather.
Thanks, guys, I could never get enough rocks and water. == At 77 I love to paddle board snorkelling around the shores of lakes In Northern Ontario.
Your cinematography skills just get better with every excursion. Truly beautiful content. The light and shadow within the boulders was amazing.
Thank you for this beautiful spotlight of Mallorca. It’s such a beautiful island and so much more than drunken people on the beaches and partylife. I’ve never been there because of the touristy side of the famous road there. But from the water it’s completely different perspective. Great!
Fantastic start to the weekend after a very busy week! Thx guys, you rock!
Wizards at capturing the beauty! Always so enjoyable. Lovely group ❤️

One of your most beautiful videos.

We spent time anchored just about exactly where you were 10 years ago. Such a beautiful place it was hard to leave but the weather told us to.
Great video really enjoyed this one. You 2 seems like you're going to miss Maya alot
Stunning scenery, beautiful video thanks for sharing 💕💕💕⛵️⛵️⛵️

Hello
Video magnifique dans le canyon et la ballade en paddle est exceptionnelle
Magnificent Majorca, Gorgeous Gorge, Cavernous Cliffs !!!
I‘ve been to Sa Calobra and that beach in 1994, just not from the sea side. Oh the memory lane.
Great you guys are my top three sailors
I met an English guy who worked several years in Majorca in the adventure industry. He actually wrote a book about white water rafting on the island! Having previously ridden around quite a bit I was flabbergasted to learn there was such surface and subterranean water
Tony, where is Majorca ?
@@christiankoellner7542 That's an easy Google search. :)
Thank you guys! Love seeing Maya!
"It is a girl" Best delicately complex and understated UA-cam line of the week!
Just beautiful, should have watched it on my laptop.
My backyard for 7 years, an amazing place.
Maya said it all we live in a beautiful world you just gotta find it cheers n beers Marty Australia
Another beautiful adventure in such a unique anchorage.
What tremendous rock formations ... very cool video...thanks!
Thanks for your great video - wonderful cinematography as always! I had to scroll back to 10:10; it's such a wonderful image. Fuels my imagination.
I loved the video edits through the canyon. Would be cool to see it again with water flowing through. Stay safe out there thanks for sharing your experiences with us. God has truly created a beautiful world for us to explore.

That is really an amazing canyon
Amazing canyon. Reminded me of some parts of Zion National Park in Utah, USA.
