I was down at Haggai's a few weeks after this video. They sourced all the parts so I could do my own inframe on my 2250. Great people, very helpful and knowledgeable. Traveled all the way down from New England for my inframe and I'd do it again for anything I can't handle on my own.
The transportation industry needs more more men like you. Your videos are always worth watching. No matter if it's for information or entertainment. Your devotion to the Lord; your family and the industry are an example to everyone.
Just judging by the way they treat you when you walked through that door, goes to show what kind of a guy you are behind the camera. You're not just a guy acting nice for the camera, you are very genuine, and it shows. Thank you for providing all of the information you do. I especially like the technical side of your videos when you go under the hood. You don't see many people on UA-cam with the amount of transparency you have. I wish you the best of success! Keep doing what you're doing, good things are coming your way, sir!
Its good to have a shop like that you can work with. I moved a couple years ago and I miss the guys I worked with back then. Just haven't found the same where I am now.
The grey KW on the right Looks like the Cascadia I drove when I was OTR except it was red. Loved the space and the windows on the top bunk. Always slept up there to look at the stars when I was parked somewhere dark.

I have a 2013 367 with a Cummins in it. And this is exactly what I have been getting ready to do, mine has the two plunger pump. So I don't need the conversion kit just the upgrade.
Hey hero, I'm just wandering and I'm a little curious. Have you thought about or have you made plans to grow bigger say like three or four more trucks. Don't get me wrong I don't want a job. My doctor made me stop driving over the road. Didn't really make me he suggested that I stop driving over the road. Said it wasn't good for my health. Anyway have an awesome day cake between the lines and like I said I'm just curious. 😃👍
I've been watching and trying to figure out, their name.... now I see it in print. But I don't own an ISX-15. Did you ever explain how you found them ? "Grease tattoos"?

Hi Mr cool guy 😎 They look like a load of hillbillies but top guys and girls lol 😂 Love the fixing videos 👍🏻 Keep safe catch you next time cheers Stevie 😎🇬🇧
MBA Trucker I’m on my second month with my own authority and Other then 40% loads available I’m having around 2 days delivery in a week becouse its just harder to find good paying load if most are not available to you im averaged my first trip with my dry van 2.38 cpm my second trip 2.72 cpm
We have a 2007 Volvo with a 400 isx15. It has a squeak like noise only when we climb a hill and the rpm is up around 1500. Has anyone had experience with this? Sounds like it coming from the right hand rear of engine. Engine runs great even when it makes the noise
Had that on a N14. It was a blown head gasket. The fire ring and gasket failed. It was on the side where there was no water jacket. It was easy to find but ended up costing us a head gasket and liner. We went ahead and did rods and mains while we were there and the rest of the head gaskets. Dang thing sounded like a parakeet on meth when under a load.
Wesley Smith our ran fine. Didnt smoke or anything. Didnt make a noise until it was at higher rpm. At idle couldnt hear it. Charge air leaks usually whistle constantly when the turbo spools up. We confirmed our diagnosis by spraying almost pure soap around the area and watched for bubbles. I hope that is not what you got. If i remember the isx is a 1 piece head and it all has to come off. The N14 is 3 separate heads. Its been a while since i have been in an isx so my memory of the design architecture is not fresh. If the fire ring around the liner is flat it will not seal and the liner has to be replaced.
@@JustTruckin oh, was your nickname at school a Snowman ??? ;) Just kidding...no worries, bro, stay chill ... and thanks for introducing this place ....
On older engines you rebuilt the motor and did everything but the cam because you had to either remove the radiator or take the block out of the truck. This was because like the old 855 Cumins were side cams. Newer ones are overhead cams which you have to remove the cam during rebuild. I have rebuilt an N14 under an overpass in 1 day on the side of an interstate. Doing an out frame rebuild usually involves taking the block out, line boring the mains and cam journals along with planeing the head deck (where the head gasket sets). This also requires using oversized bearings and liner shims. While you have the block out a new clutch is put in along with a reconditioned flywheel because its laying in the floor. To sum it up an out frame is a big PITA.
So how much you lose this week, got to show the good with the bad make money one day lose the next, there is only few shops in the country let u borrow tools let alone use his bay never happen in real world applications, they throw you out too much liability.
