Great experiment! I've never seen anyone do that before. I've seen on metal, plastic and other stuff but never glass. I guess crazy is the way to go once in a while. Thank you.
Once again beautiful job I too just started to also painting on glass as well and it turn out beautiful great minds think alike please do more on glass you are awesome.
That was nice. Very good. I have been painting on glass for going on 5 years. What I do is paint the painting in reverse and turn it around to display. It is a bit tricky at times depending on what you are painting because everything is in reverse. I paint my foregrounds first and the background last. Wish I could show you. Anyway your picture was great.
Hola, Dios te bendiga por esas manos hermosas que hacen esas pinturas. Estoy encantada con esos atardeceres. Yo vivo en Puerto Rico donde hay muchos y son hermosos. Me gustaría que pintaras uno de ellos..... Felicidades.
Thats excellent Ian, great colours. I found painting on glass good fun too, it feels like you can move the paint around more easily, but like you said it can lift off too if not careful. Nice work mate !
hey ..if you want to keep that acrylic painting ....you place it in a cold oven and bake it and remove it when it has come to room temperature. The acrylic will harden and stay on the glass. It works for all glass you paint on..panes or bottles. Bake-to-Cure Method for Acrylic Paint on Glass Allow painted glass project to dry at least one hour. Make sure the paint is dry to the touch before baking. Place project in a cold oven. Set oven to 350° F ( 121° C ) and bake for 30 minutes. Turn oven off. Keep oven door closed all during this process... NO PEEKING BY OPENING OVEN DOOR OR GLASS WILL BREAK ! Allow glass project to cool down overnight or at least 6 hours in the oven. When the glass has come to room temperature remove it from the oven.
