    You do not have to respond or react to each thought! This should help develop more patience. By closing your eyes and focusing on your calm natural breathing, relaxing the body, you can just continue calm and relaxed to observe the thought or feeling while continuing to feel your home base of breathing,
    putting the thought or feeling at a distance and let it be...to fade away. Sounds difficult? Yes, it certainly is....but with practice....ADB,MD
