    Hello Jason,
    Thank you for this vidéo. Always good.
    For the number 3, can you show us the opposite drill please ( you did it before) ?
    For the number 6 , the best is to do an half circle and you change your guard at the end
    Phil.

    Thank you very much again Jason! I love how foot work can get you out of a lot of trouble, specially with agressive fighters. I have a question tho: how much time do i have to be bouncing to be really good at? I have a permanent injury in my feet, so i can not jump for much longer. I hope you understand my question. Thank you very much again, greetings from Chile 🇨🇱

    • @SENSEIJASON
      @SENSEIJASON  3 роки тому +2

      Hello my friend! When you are injured just train light. For me to become good you do not have to bounce too much, only when necessary. Also I try to stay loose and relaxed as much as possible. This helps create natural movement that will not hurt the joints.

      I’m 5’7 140 lbs. I got a small for jacket and a small for pants. If you like more room for the jacket go with a medium.

    • @SENSEIJASON
      @SENSEIJASON  2 роки тому +1

      I believe I got small for everything. The top is kinda snug, so I’d size up next time for the top, but for the pants stay true to your size. I am 5’7 145lbs.
