!!!! 🌟I have a suggestion. Do you guys mind doing a video about people who practice celibacy for marriage or just in general? I think its seen as taboo or lame and there isn't enough representation out there. Great video though! ❤
But they’re not people who are waiting till marriage, so how would they give insight on such a topic. You can ask other content creators who are practicing celibacy,they’re quit a number.
@@lovechild4141 They're not husbands but they brought in husbands to talk about their experiences, they invite people all the time to give insight. Who knows, what if that was their plan to be celibate in some point in time and changed? If they wouldn't prefer to do it fine but I think its a valid conversation to have

Hi ladies, there is the worldly meditation which encourages you to EMPTY your mind (not think) but there is the Biblical meditation which encourages you to FILL your mind with the Truth/Scriptures (repetition in thought). Hope someone will learn the truth. Be blessed.

Meditation becomes hard when you overwhelm yourself with expectations. It is actually your natural/authentic state of being. There are so many different types but an easy start is to focus on your breath and if you are new to it, you may want to count as you breathe - breathe in to the count of 4, hold to the count of 4 and breathe out to the count of 4 and repeat. You can set your intention before starting this. The benefit of counting is that you cannot count and think simultaneously. If you can do this simple breath work you can advance to other ways to experience stillness. Be kind to yourself, don’t get frustrated or compare. Choose a quiet place and time and increase the time incrementally. If you sleep, that’s fine too - shows you’ve relaxed.

I really loved watching this episode... meno yote nje Just like when the two people you've wanted to pendana kiss in a movie...also with Jules on the traditional method of tracking periods started in 2018 still do it till date, not that's it's been that long but I'm paranoid like that only difference I keep it in my journal..wish I could insert a picture. Plus loved loved how Lornzie said for those without smart phones, cause the chest pains😂😂, been watching your videos from other peoples phones really missed commenting and this is actually my first comment after a whole year of struggling with life....but we move regardless. Just a note based on period tracking: you don’t actually have a real period or ovulate when on some hormonal contraceptives like the combined pill or patch. What you have is a withdrawal bleed which creates a false impression of a regular period.
