- Kalibo Philippines City Guide For First Timers!
I traveled to the Philippines for the first time ever! It was an amazing experience! I chose Kalibo as my first stop in the Philippines because I did not find many UA-cam videos about this city. I love to travel places that are off the beaten path My first time in the Philippines was a day full of adventure, excitement, fear, and amazement! Kalibo is a wonderful city, and Filipinos are some the kindest people I have ever met in my life! I got lost on my first day, but a random family helped me get home by driving me back to the city! If you like traveling solo, and don't want to travel to a city in the Philippines with many foreigners, Kalibo is definitely the place to visit!

My first time exploring the Philippines and what a treat it was! The Philippines is on fire!!
I loved this style of video... A true walking travel vlog. Felt like you were taking us all with you, experiencing a rickety bridge with you!
This felt like some of the biggest travel channels that I've seen. I loved it!
Woah...thanks, Brian!! Your words always motivate me! Happy to you and everyone else along with me for the ride! Now, if I can just figure out to get big views like the biggest travel channels hahahaha. Really, appreciate you!!
Subscribed... Thank you for showcasing Kalibo. Most people would visit Kalibo as a gateway to get to Boracay but don't get chance to immerse themselves in this wonderful city.
Hey, thanks so much! Kalibo was a wonderful city to explore! There are other things to do there, but I just didn't have enough time...I spent two days too many in Boracay... I'll be back to explore more!:) Really thank you!!
welcome to the country, bro!
we didn't get to go to mongolia at the same time
but hopefully you are surviving the heat!
Yoooo, appreciate you!! Will see ya later in Mongolia!! The heat was killing me, and I usually do well in the heat! Hahaha
Love your vlog.Good choice of place to travel.I have a place in kalibo, but living in manila.I can't help pointing out the garbage bin thing, yes you're right we need more of those, but sadly not here in manila. Safe travel bro.
Hey, thanks so much for your time and supportive comment! Trash cans are definitely needed!! How is life in Manilla? I'll go over there later as I heard it's so freaking cool!
❤❤❤

@@francoismarc3 glad you are enjoying your time here 😊 ❤️
@norvinacondeuy3790 thank you so much! Your country is amazing!!!♡♡♡
Welcome to Kalibo bro
Yoooo, appreciate the warm welcome! I'm really digging this city!
I like the scene where you're walking on that creaking bamboo bridge. I almost expect vietcongs coming out from the mangroves. But hey this is Philippines where fishermen wear Steph Curry jerseys and greet you with smiles. Welcome!
Hahahah that would've been some experience! Not sure I could have survived that if it were the case lol. Filipinos are strong and hard-working people I saw!! Thanks so much for the warm welcome!!
You’re in the public market thats why it is so busy.. Wacthing from Lancashire UK but i grow up there in Kalibo. Enjoy 🇵🇭

@@Noob_rblx75 sounds good!!!

Энд монгол хүн байна уу?
Oooooh snap!! Number one!!! You made it, bro!!!
@@francoismarc3 Yes, I did. I know when videos upload, but I was late. From others haha 😂
@Gobizen-Mongolia lol you good bro! No worries! You know I always appreciate your support!!
*IMPORTANT!:* You used MEXICAN pesos conversion which is WAY more valuable! You need to use FILIPINO pesos! 100p = $1.75, not $5.75! 😁
Oh snap!! Appreciate you catching that mistake for me! Looks like I do indeed have more money than I thought! Lol
Hey, brother, cool video! But I think you were joking about the bamboo bridges, as anyone in Asia knows how strong it is. One or two rungs could hold your weight. A motorcycle could easily go over, if wider, maybe a car. It is like flexible steel. And 100 PH Pesos is $1.74, not $5.75
.
PRO TIP: To figure out the price quickly, just double the first number or two, then take off like 20%. So, 100p (1+1 = 2) think $2, then take a bit off, $1.74.
Say, 350, double that would be 700, so 7 dollars. Take off a bit, and 350p is not $7, but about $6.10.
500p (double the 5) so $10, take off a bit, so about $8.75 or so.
1,000p (double the first 2 numbers so 10+10 = $20 Take a little off, so 1,000p = about $17.40
Practice using different numbers and asking Google (just make sure to say *FILIPINO* pesos, because I think you are using the much more valuable *MEXICAN* pesos! )
In fact I just did the Mexican peso math, and that *IS* where you messed up! So bro, you are WAY richer than you thought!! HAHAHA! Godspeed, I will subscribe, I hope I was able to help you!
Hey, brotha!! Thanks for the subscribe! Appreciate you! And yeah, I was joking about the bamboo bridge hahaha. Yooooo, you just gave me a wealth on knowledge I can add to my future travel guides!!! I really appreciate you taking time to type all this out!!!
@@francoismarc3 No worries, brother, always!
Nice make sure to hit Boracay and Manila in your travels and yes get a hat as you are very very close to the equator. As for passports get the book and the card for convivence and safety.
I learned my lesson...my skin got burned so bad...I never experienced sun like that, even in Tanzania...lol I'll never forget a hat, ever again. Thanks for reminding me, Nik!!! And right, I'm gonna get the passport card when I get my new passport!
