I finally made it to Boracay after trying to travel here for more than ten years! I was so surprised by what I saw and extremely happy I made travel plans in the Philippines with Boracay in mind. Though, I think Boracay is not the place to learn true Filipino culture, it was amazing to experiences the beaches of Boracay and the clear water that was so soothing to the skin. If you are looking for amazing beach life, good food (expensive though it be), and a wonderfully positive travel atmosphere, then you need look no further than the amazing Boracay!

Boracay is an amazing place to visit and wasn't at all what I expected. Would you put Boracay on your travel bucket list?

The hotel was really so nice and super cheap! Definitely top 3 beaches I've ever traveled to! And sorry for this week...I'm going to release one video every day as an experiment, so you are going to get tired of me lol. But you know, I always thank you, Brian!!

Yes, Boracay has fantastic sunsets.
And the beach line is truly magnificent
However, I share the sentiments about costs.
It's not actually cheap.
From food, to knick knacks, to different stuff
The beach area is really nice, but the prices are insane! I should have brought my own food and drinks with me lol

Hey there! I think you should try it, of course, but if you go, you only need a couple of days as Boracay will eat your money in an instant...

@@francoismarc3 I was there for 4 nights, I'd definitely go back at some stage. Going to Palawan in June, a long way to travel from here lol

There are SEASONAL GREEN algae booms that cover areas of the beach the water and beach head turn GREEN color. Reality.

Agreed. Everywhere was like a money sucker...I was paying triple the amount I pay for things at home in Korea...

The title of my next video is "Is Boracay Overrated?" My friend and I spent too much time there...I think two days is enough time to enjoy the major attractions. Too expensive and too crowded, as you said.

My Filipino gf and I booked for 5 nights and we both wanted to leave after two nights- overpriced, crowded and without doubt the most overrated place in the Philippines. Will NEVER be going back.
My next video is that exact same topic! I spent too much time there...2 days is more than enough, but we spent 4! I'd go back there with my gf or wife in the future, but for 2 days max hahaha. Sorry you had such a negative experience there!!
