Their live cover of King Crimson’s Court of the Crimson King is by far the best version ever, even better than King Crimson. It's always been hard for either of John's lads to get the credit they deserve - they both sound so much like dad, look like dad, and creatively they are like dad. If it helps to know, I am a Royal Conservatory of Music educated and backed professional, with a secondary degree in acoustic engineering and sound engineering, so I say what I say from a learned stance.

His Friendly Fire is a wonderful album, Midnight Sun is a fantastic album and his work with Les is just one more example of how much of a great musician he's become. I love this guy's work. This is the first time I heard Sean sing. He has a great voice, similar to his fathers. Well done! I have always loved this song. His half-brother Julian also has a similar voice. I can remember the day 40 years ago when John Lennon was shot, and his cute little boy Sean was five years old. Now 40 years later it would have been Johns 80th birthday. And Sean is 45 years old singing a tribute to his dad that he never really got to know. Sean is allot more talented and creative than allot of people realize. He has some really good music of his own. I wish i could hang with him one day.

his face is both yoko and john in one. first time i ever looked at him this close. that was a good rendition. i listened to the original growing up in the 70's. strange to hear it again for the first time. must be tough growing up in the constant shadow of john in a way. the bar is way to high for a normal kid to bare i would think but he seems to be managing ok. if it was me i would have gone into carpentry or something to avoid comparisons lol.

his face is both yoko and john in one. first time i ever looked at him this close. that was a good rendition. i listened to the original growing up in the 70's. strange to hear it again for the first time. must be tough growing up in the constant shadow of john in a way. the bar is way to high for a normal kid to bare i would think but he seems to be managing ok. if it was me i would have gone into carpentry or something to avoid comparisons lol.

@@AbbyNormal777 I think Sean most looks like him, John looked a little asian himself even though he wasn't. If it wasn't for the different eyebrow shapes and cheek/jaw shape he'd look just like John. In fact he has his exact shape of his crooked nose just a little smaller.
@@marlenejojo1 Well, there's a study that says we start to look like our life partners after a while. Maybe, John was starting to favor Yoko. I remember winning a contest at a bar for dancing and I won a Yoko Ono album. I was so bummed. Probably worth something now.
