So yea, if you could just pump these docus out every hour from now until like october, that would be fine by me, and I don't think anyone else would complain either. Absolutely great again, thank you!
@@robb4866 hey stranger! Glad you enjoyed this one. The guys at Paragraphic did a great job putting this together. The farm was still brand new when they visited!
Edge of Nowhere provides super guidance for a variety of farming and gardening ideas. Great that Edge of Nowhere is highlighted on PARAGRAPHIC. Very cool.
Duane and Lori inspired me and so many others to grow our own food. I live in a planned community with HOA and a small back yard but that is not stopping me from growing what I can. I love this documentary, thank you. (I watch all of their videos)
I love this so much!!! It's easy to see your passion in all your videos but this one just digs a little deeper!!! I wish we had some time to just sit and talk about plans and ideas and life!!! Much love and God bless!!!
Wow the documentary came out great. And Duane going philosophical and hitting on some really good points we often times forget. Very well said on many levels. I didnt know you had cancer as well. Great job beating it and having the new outlook on life and our reason to be here doing whatever it is we choose to do. :)
Absolutely love this one. As always, the picture quality and framing of their land, animals, and trees are beautiful. I should say that at 7:05, Duane says that the hybrid of plum and nectarine isn't a GMO. To clarify, GMO stands for a genetically modified organism, which includes hybrids. Although his tree was not designed in a lab, it is genetically modified by being a hybrid. If it weren't genetically modified, it wouldn't yield 'nectaplums' as some people call them. The term GMO has been closely associated to the fruits modified in laboratories, so it's understandable that he'd say that. However, it's counterproductive to think of 'GMOs' in this way, public perception of what gene modification truly entails becomes skewed. Again, stunning documentary as always, Paragraphic.
@@EdgeofNowhereFarm haha I didn't expect yall to comment on my comment here! 😆 They did such a great job on this video!! And your inspirational words near the end where great Duane!
Very interesting video! Much more personal. My best wishes for the future. We will continue to see the progress of your farm. You are a great example for many of us.
Wow. That was really good guys. Loved watching it. I’m a subscriber so knew a lot of what went on at the farm. Still learned a few new things. Very nicely done.
Tree trunk paint, never heard of it, I abhor the notion of painting trees and rocks, though I do totally understand you painting the tree to get it going. We have that problem in the North, as the Sun warms up darker areas in the Winter, which can cause a small tree a great deal of trouble.

Hello Duane , watched you vidios on you fruit trees , you say to plant the trees 2 in. Above grade because it will are the ground will settle or the soil inside the pot will settle ?? , It's been real windy here 30 MPH does it blow that bad we're you guys live if so how do you keep the blossoms from getting blown off ?? You have 1/2 Gpm on your trees went all over town no body sells them around here where did you get them if you bought them from Amazon do you have the number for that item thanks Gary ,one other thing when I plant those trees in Sept do I just build that first ring and then in a year build the 2nd ring or do both ring when planting trees thanks again Gary
Hey Diana. We use a local nurseryman who's been grafting and selling trees here in Arizona for decades. He's found a few almond root stocks that have the most success here in our local soils.
have you ever thought of culling (harvesting) the local rabbit population as part of your farming??? I have heard of many sustainable hunters partnering with farms for mutual benefit
"it's a hybrid, not a GMO. I mean we totally modified it's genetics by selective breeding, but its not 'genetically modified'" SMH just be cool with what's actually good for your plants dude
you should own the entire process then shouldnt you? you grow them why not put them down too? such ignorance in animal agriculture because you have avenues for turning a blind eye.
Hey Derek. We actually butcher and process our own animals for ourselves. AZ will not allow us to share with anyone else unless it's taken to an inspected facility for processing. Eyes are fully opened here.

Epic outlook on life! I also always wondered the purpose of painting tree trunks white and now I know. Thanks for the knowledge.
We learned the hard way not using that tree trunk paint. First apple tree we planted died from sun burn...been painting trunks ever since!

Well what you said might have been true if he was growing a Nectaplum tree, but you see his was a Plumtarine tree.
Upper caliber content again, even the countdown to the premier was better made and customized 💯

Endeavor to Persevere!
How do you find an animal processor? Do they process chickens and rabbits as well?
Am I the only one that thinks this guy sounds like Tony hawk?
It's the SoCal, surfer roots for sure. 😉
Wish Primitive Technology was here
Yeah, he left after everyone started stealing and copying his content ideas.
How deep did you have to drill to hit the aquifer?
Hey there! Our static water level in the well is at 420'. The total depth of the well is just over 600'.
Why almond root base
Hey Diana. We use a local nurseryman who's been grafting and selling trees here in Arizona for decades. He's found a few almond root stocks that have the most success here in our local soils.
Let the shoots grow, it will in furn be 'climatized.' once done, graft it as a root stock.
* in turn
why graffed trees?
I dont even know what this video is for but if its paragraphic, ik it's about something good!
Trust me Tyler...it's good!😉

They are using Tyson brand modified chicks 🤣🤣🤣 I used to work at their hatchery and their kill plants. Those chickens aren't natural
Remember u need money for this i want to do this to and i have learned that u need money and ton of work in special at start

okay ban me or whatever but the way he talks about the sentient beings he uses for profit and sustenance unnecessarily makes me want to puke.
