Thanks for the Super Thanks! I enjoy filming trains and as long as someone will watch I will keep filming them. That is a huge help! Tomorrow morning we are going to Kenova. I appreciate your support and thanks again Kenn!
Awesome video! Thanks for the shout out, much appreciated. No definitely don't see that. I've seen snow flurries but that was back in 1989. I've seen ice on the roadway that same freeze. Seen ice on picnic benches when i camped one winter. Last week in Tallahassee they got 9 inches of snow! But that's around 100 miles north of me. I did get a frost last week. That intermodel was long! Loved it, the other one was good too. Erlanger is a good spot. Nice flag salute. Thanks for the video Brian stay well roll on and stay warm
9 inches of snow anywhere is a lot and especially in Tallahassee. A lot of records were set. Thanks for the Super Thanks! I'm getting ready for my trip back to Kenova tomorrow. Will probably also stop at Ashland, Ky on the way. I hope to get some coal trains. Thanks again Mark! Oh yeah, that intermodal with 2 DPUs was kind of unusual.
@@lynnmcculloch-m4h NS needs to clarify this. Red flags are warning devices used by railroads. They are not, or at least should not be used for casual greetings. The normal meaning would be to warn of unsafe conditions, such as an observer who is too close to the tracks or is on restricted property.
No way! I go to the Greek restaurant in that line of buildings in the beginning and watch trains. Didn’t think I would see my spot on yt, especially on your channel. Nice catches 👍
3257 on the UN placard is "Elevated temperature liquid, n.o.s., at or above 100 °C and below its flashpoint (including molten metals, molten salts, etc.)" All I can add to that is "n.o.s." is short for "not otherwise specified" so while it may be hot it is not toxic, corrosive, or flammable. I've never seen a conductor wave a flag before. Thanks so much once again, JT. The man to go to when you want to see some trains. Awesome!
Thanks for the info. I would like to film some bottle cars with molten metal. I remember seeing them when I was younger. I'm going back to Kenova and Ashland tomorrow. Thanks for watching!
Brian, GREAT work. Monster train. And the conductor red flagged us all. Guess he didn’t want us crossing the tracks as they sped up. That WAS a good one. Second train: megastax and lots ot TOFC. COOL!
Happy Hump Day my friend, looks like the snow is starting to finally melt. Be safe out there today and stay warm 🙏🏼🇺🇸 I commented on Scott’s video the other day about intermodal trains, with all the craziness going on with child trafficking and sex trafficking, it’s hard not to look at a container and hope to God there’s no people in there. Be safe out there today my friend and stay safe.
Thanks for the well wishes. I'll be careful and stay warm! I filmed an intermodal train last week that had the door opened on a container. Tomorrow we are going to Kenova
Yes, there are two of them not very far from Erlanger. I have been stopping at them since they announced shutting a bunch of them down. I lived only 15 miles from a Frisches' but they shut it down. That was a bummer because it was supposed to stay open. I remember dad taking us to Frisches when I was little. It is a special place
@ I got 2 trains going over the bouncing bridge yesterday. They fixed it when they saw my videos of it. They actually told me that. I guess it was dangerous, I didn't know for sure
Nice spot for filming trains I like the train station and the caboose behind the train station and hope you go back to the csx And Norfolk southern come together and back to the shoofly again update on it
@@JawTooth I found out today 100% the mow crew watch my videos, they out a stop order at a crossing and watched the train roll over. After when I talked to them they thought that was "crushed" track I had filmed. I told him where that was and that this train already went over it.
I got up early today. Just got back from taking the kids to school. Tomorrow I'm going to Kenova. Finally getting the ice removed from the driveway also
Thank you for going to the top if The Hill in Erlanger, Kentucky to capture the trains in this video, Jaw Tooth! I enjoyed watching the trains in this video.
