Thanks for sharing, found this very informative gaining some understanding on the back end side of top ranking tournaments. Had no idea of how tough it actually is both physically and psychologically. This game is relentless. Good luck and well done on the rise on rankings.
Yeah to be honest it's extremely tough at every level of pro squash it's just relative to the level you play at. So many players grinding away working super hard that will never be heard of. So this platform just shows how it is in reality. Thanks for watching
Loved the casual style to this, I actually prefer a voice over to the in person vlogging, The camera work is better and a much more calm approach from yourself as you've had time to reflect and think about what you want to talk about, top video and well played 🎉
That was really interesting seeing the back scenes and some of your psychological angles of dealing with all the aspects of the game. Especially on the road in a tournament setting. Looks like a beautiful place to go by the way! I appreciate the time you take the invite us into your squash world.
Glad you found it interesting. It sure is a mix of emotions being on tour competing against a range of world class players but I'm so grateful to be doing it
By the way, I also really appreciated the strategy analysis of how you played different matches. I’m sort of new to the game. I don’t understand the nuances. But I didn’t enjoy how you explain different strategies about how different players play and how you play them.the whole thing was great! Keep it up!
enjoyed insight into what it is like for you on tour. Hoping to see you rise up the rankings quickly with some bi scalps recently. thanks for sharing your journey
I like the style: giving us a window into your experience from travel to recovery. It looked like pretty sweet accommodations. Did the event put you up?
Thank you! Accommodation was great at both events. They provide us the hotel the night before your first round until 2 nights after you lose. Any other days you stay around that we have to pay
Really nice results. It's awesome hearing such detailed insight from a professional player! Good luck in your next tournaments and I look forward to future videos.
Love this format Curtis - it's great to hear about your tournament experiences, especially your post match analysis. Prefer this to some of the other content if I'm honest 👍
Nice one Curtis playing one of the greats of the game and being close in points what an experience and congratulations on your new ranking keep going 🎉
Kind of video i've been waiting to see from you guys ! Torrie should make one too, especially on her recent tough one (within the bounds of respectful commentary obviouslyobviously) :)
Nice video. Great insight into the goings-on in big tournaments. Just out of curiosity don't you get to train with the Shorbagys since they now play for Britain.
@@teammaliksquash instances like that would be good to tell in your videos. That kind of level of detail would be a nice insight Do you have any points you have remembered to a T and can tell every detail on what goes on in your head at that moment? What does the mind do? I understand time slows down due to the level of focus and it's like a movie in slow motion. Would you say you are at fit at the number 1 in the world? What is the fitness like in-between the gaps?
Really enjoying your game analysis stuff. Wish you good luck for the word championship & looking forward towards more content like this 🙂
Thank you very much. Stay tuned for more

Interesting point about the late finish. Do you have a preference for when you play matches?
Maybe slightly prefer playing early afternoon but I really don't mind to be honest. I'm quite adaptable which helps

Hotel Kempinski ! Good name!
Amazing hotel!
Seems that you Played hard and fast squash against farag?
Not all the time. Variation was required
13:38 did you mean to hit that shot or what was you looking to do?
Pure reactionary I'm guessing
