Your videos are always very interesting. With all the travel you do, would love to see a behind the scenes on that: do you all make your own arrangements, does one of the family book everything or do the tournament organizers help out? And what do you pack in hand luggage v hold luggage, how many rackets do you take etc?

We used to be fully plant based. Now we are mostly plant based but have meat and fish from time to time. Travelling the world can be tricky at times with food options so we found being a bit more relaxed with it meant we could perform better

there was a mention of el shorbagy as a resource in the future but i would consider Nick Matthews and James Willstrop as better options
