Ya know, I remember one of my first jobs, I was a "pot and pan" man!
Whereas I'll be retiring in 5 years and seeing that young person washing the pots and pans, that took me way back!
Clean, organized, efficient, quality food, quality customer service. That's why they've been around since 46.
Exactly and the kitchen looks clean and realistic while at the same time not looking like a spotless showroom prepared for the sake of recording. It looks sanitary but you can tell the natural aspect of trash inside the trashcan and traces of food on the floor without it being filthy.
Chick-fil-A is the best franchise way better than the other’s 👍 always greeting people very helpful 🌷 not rude like the other’s 😒 continue the amazing work Chick-fil-A 👍👍👍👍👍❤️
I like that the fries are cooking separately from the chicken. Wingstop cooks their fries in the same grease as the chicken. That's why their fries look brown and not crispy golden brown.
Very nice and cool camera and video 😎
THANKS FOR THE INFO 💝 BLESSINGS TO YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES ALWAYS GRATEFUL GRACIAS 💖
just worked my first day watched this video beforehand and it helped, they had me start buttering buns and making the sandwiches right away was quite a lot to do and learn on the spot but was great went by fast
Glad it helped!
Glad I watched this. I start my first day next week.
I start next week from now. After a year of working there do you have any tips/suggestions?
i started a week ago
You still work there?
I’ve been with chick fil a for over a year
You quit yet it’s been 2 years
Its amazing how much has changed over the many years I've been with Chick-fil-A a how many things stayed the same
I love the food AND the values of Chick-fil-A.
on another note the restaurant looks beautiful and staff look very friendly! :)
My pleasure of watching your video ;)
Really clean
Anytime someone tells you a percentage or figure, always just whistle and say "wow"
great advice!
The kitchen at your chick fil a looks EXACTLY like the one I work at
Very very clean back of the house. And I've worked at, known, and seen some dirty kitchen. Hell this BOH is cleaner than clean kitchen/BOH i've seen/visited/worked at.
6:02. That thing is a pain to wash. All the lettuce is caught in it and takes forever to get out. Source: I work at CFA
what you do is you shake it in the water edge, for example the blades would face down and you would take the tool and push it into the water(you have to do it fast) after that you would tkae it out so that it is not touching the water and do it again. you would have to do this pretty fast, its like sifting nuggets.
This place seems like it would be an easy place to work at 😂 considering my store made 9 million in 2020
I wish chicken fl a would open in Gatesville tx 😊
They be pre closing
I just wanna go HOME😭😭
Yo trabajé Chuck fil en Atlanta Georgia en el 2008
This looks almost identical to my cfa aside from a few variations
Your a lucky man to work at a clean facility. At the Whataburger where I work at the fridge with the raw meat is right next to the fridge with the produce and you better pray the the one cooking the meat doesn't touch the other fridge without changing their gloves. And with same gloves that they use for sweeping, they also use to prepare your burger. Not to mention the sauces and napkins are next to where they hang the broom and dustpans. Can't wait to apply for Chick-fila this summer, because I am not proud of having to take out orders and serve that mess to customers.
that's scary!
nice plan
They 100% wiped the whole kitchen down before this video, no way its that clean in the middle of the day 💀
They may have. I honestly don’t remember. Good insight!
In my chickfila it usually stays this clean or almost this clean the whole day
In my chickfila it usually stays this clean or almost this clean the whole day
Chic fil a I worked at made almost 10mil, don’t know why he thought 5-6 mill was nonstop 😂💀
I like how they sweep their aisles under the ice maker, keeps employees from tracking in it I suppose...
I could not believe my eyes when I saw that guy sweep the trash under. OMG How lazy or unprofessional? Probably have a lot of rodents and insects considering sweeping under ice machines or cabinets.
@@TheAdazee4sure if it's ice, then employees usually sweep it under the machine as there is a drain under it. The trash usually ends up in a trash can after sweeping
@@TheAdazee4sure That isn't a broom he is holding. It's specifically to push the ice into the drain underneath the ice bin to melt, so nobody slips on the ice. (if you couldn't tell, that area is a door between the front and back, so it is a massive slip hazard leaving ice there.)
I've worked at multiple CFA locations and that's all how they do it. They sweep almost hourly throughout the day, and pull machines and whatnot out for sweeping. BOH is full of drains for things like this, and under the ice bin is just one of them.

Bro I'm so bored I'm watching a video about the place I work at
Look, you don't stop. Okay. You just don't stop unless there's a hurricane and you had better work as fast as one too 🕐 👹
Man I love chick fil a but I just came here from Anthony Bourdain in Tokyo and this is super disappointing yet sinfully irresistible at the same time. Damn you chik fil a
No dishwasher? Rough.
It’s not that bad. This was 5 years ago, calm down skippy.
This manager misses the point
Get the new hire trained asap it's 2021 not 1991
How much do you pay those poor people who work for you?
I don't work for Chick-fil-A so I can't say for sure, but I think each store operator sets the pay for their store. You'd have to ask your local store for specifics, but I would guess slightly above minimum wage for the area.
For unskilled, entry level jobs like most of these people are doing, Chick-fil-A pays pretty damn good compared to other fast food companies.
Probably why these “poor” people choose to work here. Cuz they pay better than other crappy fast foods
Hard to watch this, and not be impressed !
SQUEEZING LEMONS SUCKSSSS
