00:26:25 Steve: The 5000-year-old 626-hectare archaeological site of The Sacred City of Caral-Supe is situated on a dry desert terrace overlooking the green valley of the Supe river. It dates back to the Late Archaic Period of the Central Andes and is the oldest centre of civilization in the Americas.

The city of Anshan is founded circa 4000 BC, and alongside Susa begins to separate itself culturally from the West, developing the lands with its newly integrated peoples into a Proto-Elamite cultural and economic revolution.

Chronos ("Left Brain" - "thought")
Refers to chronological or sequential time, such as the time of clocks and calendars. Chronos time is time that needs to be constantly tracked and controlled, and examples include "don't waste time" and "time is money".
Kairos ("Right Brain" - emotion)
Refers to a good or proper time for action, such as a moment when time stops and everything feels possible. Kairos time can be something simple, like taking a walk to clear your head, and it requires releasing some anxiety around chronos time. The word kairos comes from an ancient Greek term that translates to "right time" or "opportune moment".
