Keep in mind also that while he trained well for his day, he didn't have a lot of benefits that you do- if you care primarily about getting your bench there, then we have better programming/training knowledge, better equipment, better knowledge of optimal macros and supplements- even the steroids are better if you want to go that route. You might not end up looking like Arnie, but you may well get there- don't put a limit on yourself.
Personally, I just want to hit 400lbs/180kg on bench, natty. I'm at about 162kg now, going into a bulk. It should be possible, but it's going to be hard, and I've gotta be smart about it, after that, maybe next I'll try for closer to 200, and I can say my lift is comparable with Arnie!

Arnold said he trained 4-5 hours 6 days per week, Jerry Branium said that this was a lie, he trained 2-2,5 hours 6 days per week, and he followed a high protein, high fat, low carb, low sugar diet, Mike Mentzer recieved a perfect score (300), he was extremely symmetrical, Lou Ferrigno was way more lean than Arnold, and had bigger shoulder's and bigger quad's, Arnold said that he wished he had Lou's genetics.
