Blunty: I love my tiny tool
Blunty: And the stream deck is cool too I guess
Oh Blunty, the size of your tool doesn't matter, it's about how you use it. it's probably not even tiny but of average size. #alltoolsizesaregood
Blunty it is good to see you are still around, the last time I watched you was your halo 3 launch video with the master chief helmet. Cannot believe it's been 10 years!
A 10-minute tangent?
Great Review. Thanks, for showcasing this Stream Deck Mini. It is a great idea for streaming help. I'll be looking into to 1 or 2, maybe 3. LOL. Again GREAT Job. Love the Enthusiasm.
Looks awesome and great review! When I finally get my PC and upgrade my streaming setup I'll definitely be getting on of these. Keep up the good work.
This is some sexy tech! :)
As an editor/animator, this will be great for macro keys!
Not to sound strange, but Blunty is aging well. Keep it up my friend! :)
WOW that's overpriced compared to its big brother may as well work the extra half a day to get the big one..
Good reason for an animated gif as a button: A flashing gif letting you know that your mic is still muted is a nice attention grabber.
So if you set up a button to put up a BRB screen and then mute the mic, and have a seperate mute mic button, does the mute mic button update to reflect that you're muted when you press the BRB button? I assume it would, it would be really silly if they overlooked that.
If you performed an action, for example muting the microphone, but you used the keyboard shortcut instead of pressing the stream deck button, will the stream deck button picture still update?
Also can you configure different button macros for different applications, and have the deck change the buttons to reflect what app you're in? Say you're not running OBS that day but you want to do some graphics design.
Ordered one to use with Blackmagic Atem Pro. From what I’ve read, can use multi stage macros to fade between multiple cameras, insert split screens and titeling
This looks nice. I might get it because I love to stream but having to go back into OBS is a pain sometimes. One question though. Does it work via Bluetooth or a cable?
Haha great review. You do a really great job of keeping it interesting as well. Almost like a teacher? 🤔 Haha liked and subbed!
Picked up the full sized one in the Prime day sale for a good discount, it's fantastic. This wouldn't have enough buttons to be worth it for me.
Thanks dude,
Blunty you legend- who cares if you waffle on about something. If watch it anyway.
you could say the stream deck "Streamlined" the streaming process
TbazeTV I don’t get it.
Seems this is great for streamers, is there a reason for this for any other people other then streamers.
Fine! I'll buy one damn it.
So.... now... how do I mount the mini to the bottom of my monitor or top of the monitor?
The only thing I dislike about both the original Stream Deck and the Stream Deck Mini is that the cable is permanently attached; I always worry about the breaking the cable/replacing the cable etc when bringing the device around the world. Other than that, it's pretty sick and that one problem isn't a deal breaker.
Donn Alfred Mendoza a fair concern.
That's what she said!
Can you toggle between to audio output devices with a single button with these?
easily
Well right now at $100 it's not really worth it since you can get the bigger one for $140 but if it dropa down in price to $50-$70 the I would say it's actually worth taking a look at but either way great video I really enjoyed watching it
.....but do you actually like it?
could this be used for graphic design?
it can be configured for JUST about anything.
Only 6 buttons? I don’t know if that would be worth the money.
Mauro - Rocket League well there is practically infinite with the folders
similar thought here,
9 less buttons for about 40~50~ish bucks less..
tho im fairly sure its enough for many people,
and if you stay with it you still payed less~
Ensmallens? F'n subscribed hard.
Hmmm this seems awesome! Makes me wish the stream deck was just a big touch screen though. Sure, buttons are nice, but it would also be nice to have just a programmable surface with sliders and other methods of input. Could be used as an audio mixer for various mics on stream, for example (multiple mics if multiple people, and multiple inputs for the game console, pc for video/audio playback, etc.). I'm sure there is a whole other device for that though. Great video Blunty!
What does that button that looks like a Sharingan do?
