you are using cotton yarn but if I use worsted waste yarn as long that its a size 4 that should be the same right ?????
Is it every 4th stitch that you double or only the one at the beginning and end of the row? Other than that it's very easy to understand.

Because I need it typed out,
American terms- Chain about 51 or what goes around your neck- it should be an odd number, Half Double Crochet 3 rows, slip stitch into the last stitch of the third row. 4 turn without chaining, and slip stitch into the first stitch. repeat *Half double crochet 3 times, half double crochet increase* until 1 stitch remains. Slip stitch into remaining stitch to turn, do not chain, slip stitch into the first stitch of the new row. Repeat row 4 for rows 5 and 6
Finish off!
