    Very important video about how we need to work towards regulating the immune system..and recognize the "triggers" that try to cause an over-reactive immune system..I find Vitamin C very helpful at calming down an over-reactive immune system..

    I would definitely like to learn more about Mast Cells. I feel like they are a major contributing factor for inflammation and many other problems.

    Pine needle teas and extracts along with Curcumin with black pepper taken daily will ease and help prevent inflammation by blocking inflammation markers.. Cold showers instead of hot also help jump start the signalling

      Am I understanding the recommendation here is to take cold showers instead of hot to decrease inflammation?

      Not if pine oils and curcumin are irritating to one's digestive tract. This is the challenge which those who are well fail to take into account.

      @HILARI333 I watched a video about dopamine and for some strange reason a lot of foods that increase dopamine are the foods people who got 💉 injured who are following the antihistamine diet are not supposed to eat. Avocados, green tea, watermelon, bananas...

    I find imagining these cells as the characters of Cells at Work is pretty helpful and entertaining. Waifu-maid macrophage hands T Cell a cup of interleukin-10 tea. “Here, let’s take a break and relax!”

    Dr. Been, lately I've been having a lot of success with Dr. Bruce Patterson's treatment for long covid, if you were still wondering.

    • @kohtime
      @kohtime 2 роки тому +2

      Hi John, can I ask your symptoms? And what element of dr Patterson a treatment u are using? Or are you using everything including the mavaroc?

    • @schm1035
      @schm1035 2 роки тому

      @@kohtime I could give you a fairly long list of problems I've been having, mostly caused by the Pfizer vaccine, but I will shorten them down for brevity. The virus itself left me with damaged sense of taste that has lasted for almost a year and a half. There had been not one bit of improvement in all that time. Then, immediately after taking the vaccine I had huge problems with my ears that I never had ever in my life. There was much louder tinnitus, two additional tones of tinnitus, snapping and popping in my ears, lots of hyperacusis (sound sensitivity), auditory distortions, general reduction of hearing, especially in the higher frequencies, pressure in the ears, and onset of eustachian tube dysfunction. There were also other symptoms, for example loss and thinning of hair, and all of my finger and toenails stopped growing. To this day the hair and nail problems are still there.
      Another odd symptom is that for almost a year and half now my nose and throat have been irritated 24 hours a day just like when you have a cold. There is, however, no infection or discharge. In fact, my nose is 100% clear and open every minute of the day and night. I know that most people would think that sounds great, but never in my life has my nose ever been clear like that, so the fact that it's always totally open tells me that something is wrong.
      The good part is that just in the last week or so of being on Dr. Patterson's drugs my taste has improved greatly and is now much closer to normal. It isn't yet back to how it was before the virus, but I'm still seeing improvements every few days and I believe that within the next two weeks or so it will be almost completely normal again. Then also, for my ears there is still some hearing loss, but almost all of the other symptoms like the hyperacusis, bubbling and roaring, auditory distortions, and most of the eustachian tube dysfunction have either stopped or reduced greatly. I think there is at least a 50% chance that the hearing loss will improve too since my problems seems to be improving piece by piece and bit by bit. Maybe some different drugs will do better too.
      Right now I am taking five drugs including the Maraviroc. I know it's an expensive drug, but if you are in the U.S, check out GoodRX because I used it a few weeks ago and it greatly reduced the price. GoodRX may be available in other countries too, but I don't know. The other drugs that I've been taking are all extremely cheap and common, so that part is not a problem. I've been taking Plavix during this second round of taking drugs, and in my opinion I believe that's the stuff that is fixing me up. My blood tests showed that I had really elevated levels of a coagulant marker and so I believe that I was having problems with micro clotting at the capillary level, as discussed by Dr. Patterson. Plavix is an anticoagulant and I believe it's doing me a world of good. I cannot actually prove that, but I strongly suspect it, and it's a logical observation based on the timing of how things are improving.
      I hope this helps you out some. I assume maybe you have long covid too, and if so I hope you can get over it. It truly is a nasty, nasty problem.
