You chain an even chain but it has to be divisible by 4 or you won’t end with a double puff stitch I had to redo this 7 times because I would chain even but wouldnt end where she did
wow what a kool ring !!!! and a kool wool cup holder -amazing !! thanks for sharing the pattern im going to try this one thankyou & happy 2022 to you xxx
i made one from velvet, it turned out pretty nice :D. just bubble stitch is a bit weird with velvet yarn sometimes so the backside of the headband doesnt look as great x'D
Just letting anyone know, if your chain doesn’t fit compl around your head that is fine. I chained 64 like her but then did 75 instead so that the chain fit completely around my head but made it too big :( I should have trusted the video!!
I was wondering the same thing! You should be able to if you already have some crochet experience! The first one I made turned out so beautiful! My daughter loves it. But I thought i could made a smaller one for my granddaughter using a dark pink for the puffs as they look like hearts! I’ll post a pic if I get it done!
This often happens if your tension at the starting chain is tighter than the rest of the work which is easy to do. You can try sizing up the hook by 1 mm just for the starting chain to avoid that :)
Very nice pattern, clear instructions. Thanks to the folks below for your added comments!
Best headband! I made it for myself and friends.
Thanks for the clear tutorial.
Thank you for this wonderful and easy to make tutorial. Was very helpful to crochet this beautiful ear warmer.
As usual a superb tutorial with excellent placements of showing where to place the stiches. So pleased with my head warmer. Thank you 😊

4 goes into 64 16 times.
Wow it’s beautiful great Christmas gifts
beautiful, but I noticed with a lot of the stitch-skipping that it created tiny holes in the headband. Is it still warm to wear in winter?
This pattern is so great. 😍 If you are reading this message please share a cardigan idea in this pattern. This is a request❤❤

How many yards of chunky yarn did you use? I am using a size 6.
Great tutorial! I am going to make one now. Hoping I have enough yarn!
If you start with a chain of 64 and have 64 half double crochets - how many stitches do you have at the end of the next round?
Wondering the same
❤Beautiful .
Not sure if the whole stitches are in the chain stich or the bump all the way
Super cute!
Thank you , I just finish mine 👍😀
will there always be 64 stitches? even on the rows with the puff stitches? or just on the half double crochet rows?
I’m wondering the same.. but i think there will be more stitches on the puff st rounds, and then it’ll decrease again at the end
i agree!
How much yarn do you roughly need? Trying to figure out if some leftovers are enough haha

Pull the chain tighter when you measure your head size! The next row stretches it out
Thanks. 😂
What is the last row? I assume half double … it went to the other pattern for joining.
First... Thanks
Very nice! Thank you
Love it thank you ❤️
Is it possible to use the same pattern but using a different color for the puff stitch?

Absolutely!🤩👍
wow this is amzng hairband
Thanks 😊
Nayıs bu ne kadar güzel
How many chains do i have to remove so that the headband gets smaller but the pattern doesn’t get altered?
4
Are there directions for this pattern?
My last edge turned out much looser than the first edge. What did I do wrong?
Maybe you had a looser tension with the yarn?
