Good evening I am prepping an 85 gallon to transfer my discuss to. I am considering adding dragon stone to this tank. Can the stone be added directly on the glass or should sand go in first?
@@chandrahubbard-wright9527Dragon stone is very cool looking, but a very soft almost like clay stone that I do not recommend for Discus. Try Taji stone (stone) a beautiful stone from the far east. Oh and yes sand if you are using rock. I only recommend Bare bottom in tanks using just wood and floating plants.
Hi one doubt, I was planning to buy one discus from my local group.he has just one discus for around 6 months .eating good and now he is selling it. Only thing is the yellow discus is faded. He had black background and black substrate! I
@@Spagatti_Monkey do not do it! The stress of moving to another tank will kill him. They are social creatures creatures, and need a minimum of 5 to 7 friends

@ uh no! I already bought the dragon stone. What’s the issue with it and discus?
