Pour a whole bucket of water with dye and let it sit for an hour . Thats a test!
I would actually rub the water onto the protector and let sit for a while, as my daughter's pee ain't gonna gently rest for 30 seconds before cleanup. :) Good attempt, but I'm off to look for other brands and reviews.
If someone wet the bed a clean up may not be as fast as you showed.
How long did you leave the water on before using the towel? I’m worried a our my cats puking or peeing while I’m asleep or away

both- It doesn't make me sweat (like most waterproof protectors) and its cool to the touch as well- hope that helps!

You only let the water on there for a minute. A true test (and more realistic) would be to let in on there for 8 hours (like a wet diaper). Your test doesn't cut it.
