When it comes to a delicious, sweet treat boosted with protein, I absolutely love making these Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Dough Bites. They’re quick and easy, healthy and come together in under 10 minutes with just a handful of ingredients that just so happen to be gluten-free (and can be made dairy-free), too!

    Looks great! Going to try this with my plant-based protein powder as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy based powders. Thanks for sharing
