This is a great video. i have a bad and inconsistent toss always throwing it back towards shoulder or towards the center making me use my arm more than following through with my body. This such a smart and simple way to check if my toss is right in front of my right shoulder! Thanks!

When I over hand serve the ball goes in a completely different direction then where it’s supposed to go, I’m too weak and my positioning is really off.
ChopperAteMyShoe your power needs to come from your core. Deep breath in on the toss. Exhale pushing all of your air out by pushing your belly button to your spine at the point of contact. Be careful not to twist your upper body. Practice serving to a wall. Trying to hit the same spot

there's multiple way to learn. I learned my overhand in like 3 weeks and now I almost hit it too far. I'm learning my overhand jump serve
