    Training is a piece of a puzzle that is called a life. It means that other areas of life are important too, you can have it all if you work on along. If a volleyball is your job, of course, that will need most of your time like any other, ordinary job. But, whatever you do for a living, common mistake is to suppress what is else there in life. I like that a mother - daughter moment. This video is showing how the time could be quality spent. Feeling of the achievement comes from doing something properly, and for that are trainers, to guide in the right direction (to show moves that works).

    Just want to share something, I have been an Open spiker since I was in 4th Grade. Now I am in 8th and my coach decided to switch me up as a setter. Because our setter is going to play her last season and no one is going to replace her. So coach decided to transition me. It’s my first time and usually I don’t really know how to Set the ball properly since I am a spiker not a setter. If you have advices for me please kindly reply!! I need your help guys :)) thank you

      I'm setter and I agree with you

    • @CocomayasSoaps
      @CocomayasSoaps 4 роки тому

      Very true. They might be good to polish technique but I think actually practicing these things in a setting that's similar to a game important. I also see a lot that the spikers always have to align with the setter (at least in trainings where I'm from) it's always the usual arched ball. I think in a long term team, if the setter adjusts to their spikers r they will be able to bring out their fullest potential.
      When I played my best attacks came from a fast slightly straighter set. But all I always got were arched balls so my attack was never at full potential. It's good to remind the players that they're a team. And once they're all in harmony with each other will they be able to play a very productivr and good game :)

    • @irmaktemel7171
      @irmaktemel7171 Рік тому

      I have to agree with you on that. Once the technique is taught enough, which they already seem to grasp well, all there is to do is practice under real game conditions. There is the decision making side to setting other then just technique that can only be polished with experience
