This car needs new engine mounts, a transmission mount, clean the MAF sensor, that will knock most of this noise out. I have been using the K&N Filters on my 2008 ML350 for the last 7 years, i clean and oil them every 6 months or so and I am happy. Good luck.

This care have decat and resonator delete, and is around 210hp bigger intercooler, egr off flaps off, and kn air filter.
