    Chicken Cordon Blew It with Broccoli Gruyere Sauce!
    • 4 Chicken Breasts
    • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
    • 1 TBSP Salt
    • 1 TBSP Pepper
    • 1 TBSP Granulated Garlic
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 15oz container Breadcrumbs (plain) or Panko
    • Oil
    • ½ lb. Ham sliced thin
    • ½ lb. Swiss cheese sliced thin
    • Course ground mustard - optional
    Please make sure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees, feel free to put in the oven to finish it off (375)
    Sauce
    • 1 TBSP Butter
    • ¼ cup Flour
    • 1 ½ cups Milk
    • ¼ cup Broccoli
    • ¼ cup Gruyere
    • ¼ tsp Salt
    • ¼ tsp Pepper
    • 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
